Stay far away from this place. They are slow as hell. Like seriously, for a bowl of chicken and rice! It should not take 20 minutes! Staff is slow and rude. Chicken taste like cardboardand is dry. This Flame Broiler straight up sucks!

The portions get smaller and smaller and I’m now only able to receive 2 free choices of sauce which are about half way. I’m not getting charged less so I don’t expect less.

This was a terrible experience. There was a woman in her 40s with heavy makeup. She served me when I was picking up my food. I waited there for more than 30 minutes but she didn't serve me. She kept walking around eating and ignored me. All the people who came to order food after me took their food and left. I was still waiting. In the end, I waited for 40 minutes. It was really terrible and a rubbish waiter.

Listen very good for the $13 I paid. I got the bulgogi bowl and I don’t think it was bulgogi The chick, the cashier look like she got her lips caught in a can opener I can’t add any photos because I don’t think Google would allow it

This is the only Flame Broiler with a drive-thru. I find it very convenient, as I don't have to stop and get out of the car. I just order, get the food and go. Excellent brown rice steak bulgogi with veggies. Always put on the bulgogi sauce. The red sauce is also very good. Friendly staff, too!
My cabbage Salad was brown and old and should have been tossed days ago. A bit disappointed

Wheelchair accessibility: This place don't have automatic doors for guys in wheelchair but they had there's doors opened and made me feel welcomed not like most very friendly staff .thanks for everything
