Great coffee! The coffee was strong just the way I like it. The outdoor seating is peaceful and perfect for working. Highly recommend.

frame is one of my FAVORITE places to go to whether i'm grabbing a coffee to go or coming to study. i love the iced lavender latte with oat milk as well as their strawberry latte which isn't super sweet! if you want a matcha latte, i would recommend getting it with oat milk. it's SO good!! the customer service is always great the employees always have a warm, welcoming tone and the ambiance of the store is so chill and is a great place for getting work done! i will always love coming here!

Tried their lavender latte. Quite good. Love their atmosphere but it was bit cold (had their main door open wide the entire time.. I guess for the air/circulation?) Make sure to come dressed warmly if the weather is cold for that day.

It was my first time here and my wife and I ordered an amethyst and an Americano. It was a Saturday morning and they were quite busy but our drinks got to us very quickly. The staff were very nice and had some great recommendations for drinks when we asked. Overall, nice place inside and out, I wish we lived closer because we’d definitely be back more often.

Frame coffee has great coffee, ambiance, and staff!They have an abundance of seating inside and outside, so it's perfect for studying/working or meeting friends for coffee.There is plenty of street parking along Harbor, but be sure to fold in your side mirror and drivers can be a little ruthless.All of their employees are very friendly and happy :) They look like they really enjoy working at Frame and assisting customers.Frame also partners with so many local small businesses to hold pop-ups, which is super fun!

Asthetic is pleasing on the inside. Coffee shop isn't a welcoming place at all... just take a look at their little table cards placed on every table. Staff didn't greet me or my friends and were silent the whole time until we ordered. Sad that it was $15 for only 2 mediocre drinks. Plus they charge $1 for oat milk substitute.... never been to a place that feels they need to charge $1 for 6oz of oat milk. Every other coffee shop around is half that. Overall 2 stars for this place won't be back. Theres a million other coffee shops in the area that are more welcoming and actually have good coffee.
Parking: Hard to find... good luck.

Paid for the 16oz, both cups were only filled at most 3/4 of the way. Very disappointed, I find this poor business practice, since customers are being charged a premium. The staff was friendly and the cafe was clean, but would not return do to the overpriced drinks and not even receiving a full 16oz

I love this place, they have excellent tea and coffee. My husband and I stop by multiple times a week and enjoy a drink and play a quick board game before heading into work. If you are a tea fan I highly recommend the earl grey, jasmine, and green teas. The shop is clean and comfortable and there is shade and heaters on the patio. Besides drinks they offer a small selection of pastries, everyone I have tried has been delicious. The service is always friendly and pretty quick, even when its busy.Another cool thing about this shop is they have small business pop up events. I've bought jewelry, candy, and some delicious rice Krispie treats at these pop-ups. It's fun to look at the products people make and it's nice that Frame supports small businesses this way.

Great coffee shop lots of good indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to get work done as well, they have awesome coffee music, a variety of coffee options both traditional and creative. There is a fun small shop with local small businesses in the corner.I tried the Einstein and the Cookie Butter latte (both iced) and it was amazing. They have their own sweet cream on top that I really enjoyed and it hit my caffeine itch.Definitely will be coming back !

Coffee? 5/5 Aesthetic? 5/5 So why 3 stars? It’s not a welcoming environment. Every table has one or more of these cards (see picture). I understand why, from the owners perspective, they don’t want furniture moved or for people to only stay 2 hrs per order but it comes across as cold and controlling. It is things like this and still taking peoples temperature if they want to sit inside that make it so Frame is always pristine but never full of people.
This place still makes their employees wearm@$ ks?!?! They also took my temperature just for me to sit inside. Rude employees too! What they’re doing is not good. They’re keeping thef ea r of c v!d alive and that’s horrible for our community. People of Brea, spend your money at places that don’t operate their businesses like this. Don’t reward this behavior.

This coffee shop is great! I ordered the Spanish iced latte which was delicious. My husband got the hot version and loved it too. The girls working are very friendly and got us our coffee super fast. Definitely coming back here!

A very cute coffee shop!The two staff members there were the sweetest! I'm a very basic coffee connoisseur, and had trouble figuring out what kind of sweetened iced coffee I wanted. When I asked the girl at the register for her recommendation, she offered her personal suggestion and it was exactly the kind of coffee I was aiming for!The facility was in stellar condition, and had a very sleek, modern aesthetic to it. The bathroom was also very well-maintained.The only thing that fell short for me was the ease of studying here. I often come to coffee shops to work on my laptop, and while there was space both in and outside to sit, I didn't notice any outlets that I could utilize. Furthermore, if you opt to sit outside, it's along a busier street which does get pretty noisy.Overall, I think this is would be a great place to come with friends. Great coffee and amazing staff!

Location is nice, plenty of seating, ambiance and decore are top notch. This location uses Temple Coffee which is based out of Sacramento. Customer service is decent ish (no body bothered to call out my drink or name despite being within ear shot of counter). So why 3 stars? Quality control. Porly pulled shot. Under extracted, papery, bitter, grainy and muddy after taste (papery taste could be partially due to being served in togo cup). Was expecting a decent shot knowing Temple offers a great product, was sadly disappointed. Strawberry latte was decent, but could still taste the sub par shot despite the sugar and milk added to thr drink. Might give it another shot in the future. For now, this was my experience.
