One of my favorite local spots for authentic Italian pizza in Fullerton! 🍕 I’ve tried different styles here and love that you can customize to your liking. My favorite add-on is burrata cheese—it makes the pizza extra creamy and delicious. The restaurant has a cozy vibe, service is always friendly, and parking is usually pretty easy with the nearby structure. Highly recommend Fuoco if you’re craving quality Neapolitan pizza!

personale professionale ottima pizza,gentilezza,e simpatia
When thinking about the true Italian restaurants, this is not one of them. The pizza dough is already baked, based on the final look of not cooked cheese and tomato sauce. It looked absolutely disgusting and tasted awful. For the high price point, there should be more quality. My first time coming here, and last one for sure.

Used to be better. Now pizza is waaaaay too thick. Gummy crust. Not enough cheese on any of the pizza we ordered. I would offer in the most friendly way, North Italia offers a much more authentic pizza and a bigger menu. Same price.

Number 1 pizza I have had. Everything in this pizza place was delicious. The atmosphere was great and welcoming. They made all the pizzas in a wood fired stone oven. Just get ready to chat with your friends and family for a little because they get busy, but it is well worth the wait with friendly staff.

The absolute BEST Italian pizza spot. We got 4 different flavors. 2 different red sauce based and 2 different white sauce based. Finished off with a nutella tiramisu. To die for.

We ordered a Margherita pizza 🍕. The basil was scarce. The ingredients tasted fresh but I think the crust could use a little more work. I think for the price, my expectations came in higher. It's a good option if you're in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it.

This joint is lively, and the guests seemed to be wrapped in the enjoyment of good food and cheer. I was surprised to find the pizza is about as good as Naples: pillowy crust, bright tomato sauce, good mozzarella. It did that thing when really hot - the sauce burst with lightness, the cheese gave body while remaining delicate with yogurt notes, the char on the crust was slightly astringent like coffee, finish was clean. I had the Margherita and shared an arugula salad, paired with a primitivo.

It's the best pizza in this area. Love the soft but not soggy, chewy texture of the ultra thin crust on bottom. But... have they cut back on giving mozzarella? I thought the pizza used to have more mozzarella, and I'm sad about that because tomato sauce and mozzarella are the 2 main things I look for on pizza.
