Wow, got 2 bone in ribeye's, I literally at the fat as well melted in my mouth.I have never did this for any other steak in my life, even at a so called hight end steakhouse. I have never had a steak as good as this place. 10/10 😲.

I came here because my friend said they sell prime rib. I drove thirty minutes to get it!
Over the phone, the guy said bone in is $27.99 and no bone is $30.99.
Once I got there, the guys were friendly and attentive. In addition to different meats, they had seafood and innards (heart, gizzard, liver, etc) in the fridge. On the shelves, they had all sorts of seasoning, tortilla chips, some produce, charcoal, and other condiments. The older man who rung us out at the register was totally like your friendly elder neighbor with white hair and glasses. This made it seem like a nice mom n pop butchery.
Before they wrapped it up, they asked if I wanted seasoning. I said sure. When I got home to open it, the meat smelled really nice. It was $165 ish for 5 ish pounds of bone-in prime rib. It was tied up already, and maybe I should have asked them to help me trim the fat. I didn’t see if they sold horse radish, but the digital meat thermometer they had was $16.99.

I got 4 types of sausages there, along with a couple premarinated chicken breast. Three of the four sausage types were great. Everyone really liked the chicken breasts as well since they turned out tasty and moist on the grill. I will continue buying meat here.

Turkey provolone with everything on it was incredible! It's hard to explain but they get the portions so right on this sandwich. Tons of meat, light mayo and mustard with lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions...PERFECT. It came with a small potato salad and an in- house pickle spear with a very zesty bright flavor. Was not messy and did not fall apart. Plenty of napkins, came with a fork- I didn't have to ask for anything, it was all there in the box! Fantastic, look forward to coming back

We went in specifically to look at sausages. They had a good selection. We bought a variety of three different ones. We have grilled them over the past week. They were all very good. We'll go back and get some more and try some of their beef cuts.
