We had a complete DoorDash disaster yesterday, where they never forwarded our order to the restaurant and then the driver grabbed a random order that had been sitting there for awhile and delivered to us.
We drove to Ginza and returned the food (it wasn’t at all what we ordered or like). They were just closing at this point, and were incredibly apologetic, but wasn’t much they could do as everything was already put away.
