Employees don’t know how to make a menu item so he makes an excuse that the item is unavailable . Employees ( joy haram) won’t process refunds when an order is not accepted. So I have to leave the restaurant with paying for food and leaving with no food or refund. I have to take their word that I will receive a refund with out any proof of a refund

Placed our order togo and was told 15-20 min- it took 40 min to get our order. I get it if it was busy but two tables that sat down after we placed our order got there food before us.

I ordered didn't come out exactly and there was no sauce or anything else.This is definitely not the first time. I've always received the wrong food. This can't happen.I'm so angry. And I don't think it's polite to the guests and there's no normal at all.The price is really expensive. And the taste is damp and not of good quality. I ate a piece and threw it away.Please wake up and work. Don't deceive the guests.
