We got the Red Velvet and Lemon cupcakes which were super delicious!!! I really liked the lemon one personally, just the right amount of sweetness. I would definitely recommend stopping by!

Yummy cupcakes! I loved all of them except the banana one was a little disappointing. I like that they have a rotating menu while keeping the most popular ones around. We're a little pricey but I love buying myself a sweet treat :) The worker was very kind and offered us suggestions without being overly pushy. Small store with no seating, so just a grab and go situation. My sister loves this place and always loves to come back. Will be back soon!

Makes great cakes that are personalized. I did have a weird encounter with a girl working there. She seemed v confused by every word that came out of my mouth when English is my first and only language lol They're really expensive but if you want a cake that looks good then you'll get it

We ordered a unicorn inspired cake. It didn't really look like the photo and did not taste great. Thick frosting that tasted like straight butter and a strawberry cheesecake filling that was just a layer of jam and a chunk of cream cheese. Iy definitely tasted like a box cake too. Even though we did not enjoy the cake, ordering was pretty easy and they were friendly.

I came in to pick up some cupcakes for my Super Bowl party, and the staff was super helpful! I was greeted upon entering the shop, which is always a plus. The staff member I spoke with was very helpful in aiding me with my cupcake selections. The store was clean, also. Downside is the difficulty of trying to find parking, but it wasn't too bad. All told, I was in and out in about 5 minutes. The cupcakes themselves were delicious! Red velvet and vanilla, both with cream cheese frosting. Not too dry, and the right amount of frosting for my liking. A little on the sweet side, but that could just be because I don't eat a lot of sugar anymore The fact that both the red velvet AND the vanilla cupcakes had cream cheese frosting was a little weird to me, and the flavor seemed a little overpowering for a simple vanilla cupcake, but still very tasty. The decorations on the cupcakes were cute. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

I originally loved Hapa cupcakes, I don't like cream cheese frosting and usually had very few options as all their cupcakes (even the chocolate frosted) are cream cheese frosting. Today I was excited to go in for their 10 year anniversary but there wasn't one cupcake that didn't have cream cheese frosting, I just find that strange since you can order cakes with buttercream (which I've done and it's delicious). Lost a customer due to lack of options.

Disappointed from what they used to be till now. Shop looks dingy and dirty . Even the cupcakes oddly looked old to me and the service is lack luster at best no happy energy or vibes. Doubt we will ever go back. Maybe their a thing of the past definitely got that feeling sadly.

If I can give this place negative stars I would. They messed up on my sons order for his 5th bday by cutting my order short, even when I called to add on to my order a week in advance. I should have gone with my gut when i called 5 days before my event to confirm my order- they couldn't even find the order. Their response "no one by that name under that order and date. It could be at the other location" EVEN though I confirmed my initial order of location before paying the balance . What's THE worst part was no apology by Danielle who answered- instead it was "we can have a dozen cupcakes ready for you in an hour for you but not in your colors" " you can come pick them up". So they're not only NOT apologizing, but asking for me to leave my own son's party to pick up their mess when I know they offer delivery? I will never order from this trash company again- this sorry excuse of a college run bakery. The service and lack of apology is disgusting and I will never use this bake shop again and will happily spread the word to the community as I already have at the birthday party. They have incompetent employees here who don't know anything abt service recovery who sounds like a group of young kids who don't know how to run a business or even communicate. Absolutely ruined my son's bday. Pretty disgusted and disappointed. Pls find another bakery, this one is a legitimate joke. Do not trust they will get your order correct or that they will produce what you pay for. Huge red flag. It is obvious they cannot run two locations- I forsee some sort of shutdown in the near future which they deserve- given the amount of mistakes they make and continue to make.
