This is a small mom and pop meal prep service ran by the kindest and most genuine people. Ruben is kind and professional. He goes out of his way to make sure your order gets in for the week and lets you know when it’s ready.I’ve tried a couple different meal prep services and this is by far the best price for the quality and serving size you’re getting. I think this is a hidden gem and I’m happy to support this place. If you’re looking for healthy meal prep options to meet your nutrition or gym goals, you’ve found the right spot. I feel better, I see a difference in my body, and I can taste the quality of the ingredients, all without breaking the bank. I’d can’t recommend healthy helpings meal prep enough. Thanks Ruben!

Its just me. Kids are grown and grandbabies are picky. I found HH when I was next door at Au Louis getting a massage. Every meal I have tried has been delicious. This week’s special Chipotle Mahi Mahi was delish. Love the Peach Overnight Oatmeal for Breakfast. They even deliver for an additional cost.

Marcella, Santana, Martin and Ruben I want to thank you for all the wonderful Vegetarian meals I have enjoyed from you during these last 6 years, I have lost 35 lbs & got the before and after pictures to prove it. If you would like to post them on the wall where people sit to eat I will give them to you regardless, all my health issues are gone thanks for saving my life. It is great having my own personal Chef preparing my meals exactly the way I request that probably has some thing to do with the fact that you are a licensed Bakery, that prepares Hospital food exactly the way they order it with a phone call and they will deliver. One of their specialties is Mexican Cuisine, if you like spicy they have 3 to 4 different Salsas from mild to hot, flavors like you have never tasted before will keep you coming back for more. You did a great job catering a large corporate event recently for my Son you got many rave reviews from those who ate there. You will be getting many catering events from them soon.
