He goes out of his way to make sure your order gets in for the week and lets you know when it’s ready.I’ve tried a couple different meal prep services and this is by far the best price for the quality and serving size you’re getting. I think this is a hidden gem and I’m happy to support this place. If you’re looking for healthy meal prep options to meet your nutrition or gym goals, you’ve found the right spot. Healthy Helpings is the best meal prep in OC!!! I've tried so many services and the taste, quality and cost is the best! Not to mention their kindness and hospitality! They accommodate a Vegan/Vegetarian meal prep as well! Truly appreciate their services so much!!! I recommend checking them out for sure! Thanks friends

We haven't tried a lot of other food prep services but I've been really pleased with their food. Some of these programs are too complicated for our busy family life. HH has good variety, meals are easy to choose, affordable yet tasty meals and our teenagers are happy. I thought about exploring different options based on review of other programs and I won't bother having ordered with HH four times now.

Our club, Fit athletic club at Carmel Mountain ranch orders from healthy helpings on a regular basis and we could not be more impressed! We sell out of their products every week and always have our members asking when the next order comes in. My son in law has taken ill and his doctor put him on a meal plan with restrictions. I called Chef Meza and explained his new dietary needs. Withing 24 hours he had created a wonderful menu for him to help him recover. During these times I did not want him to go to the store to create his own menu, he isn't feeling well and they have a little one to keep safe. I was able to pick up his meals and some green juice so that they can stay Safe at Home. I dropped it off at their doorstep so they did not have to go out. We appreciate the care and concern Chef has for our family.

Its just me. Kids are grown and grandbabies are picky. I found HH when I was next door at Au Louis getting a massage. Every meal I have tried has been delicious. This week’s special Chipotle Mahi Mahi was delish. Love the Peach Overnight Oatmeal for Breakfast. They even deliver for an additional cost.

I moved to LA from OC however I will not change Healthy Helpings with any other meal service . I have lost weight , overall feel so much better . THE BEST LOCAL MEAL PREP SERVICE I'VE USED. I've been ordering from Healthy Helpings throughout the year, and I've loved just about every single meal. They keep a consistent menu for the most part, and each week, I see their Instagram with new specials that allow me to try something new from time to time. I get 5 lunches a week, which is perfect for me because I work in an office, I'm lazy to meal prep, and I save time/money/gas from going out to lunch everyday. They also have 10-meal and 15-meal plans, or you can just buy a single meal. Everything is packed neatly in reusable containers (Or, at least I think reusable; I'm still using them months later, so if any staff reads this and wants to warn me otherwise, I'll continue.) And the best part: everything is healthy AND affordable! I appreciate knowing how many calories and macros (I think that's what they're called) are in my food. I also appreciate not spending $80+ on lunches per week like other meal prep services (*cough* Freshly *cough*). I thought because it was healthy, the flavor would be whatever--but nope. The food is delicious, and they have familiar options (hamburgers, tacos, abondigas, chicken salads, steak, salmon) with tasty twists that make them enjoyable to eat everyday. I consider myself a picky eater, so I love that Health Helpings balances traditional foods with new flavors that I don't feel guilty about eating. To sum up my obnoxiously long essay, Healthy Helpings is great. I'm all about supporting dependable local businesses. If you're looking to amp up your health life before that wedding, vacation, or just to make the primas whisper jealously behind your back, check out their menu and place and order. Combine it with some exercise and bam, gainz. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have been here a few times and every time I have been more than pleased. I have made orders online, over the phone and even done spontaneous walk in and each experience has been great. The food is delicious and very reasonably well priced. They strive for costumer service. They have the food ready on time and if anybody is interested in starting meal prep this is the place to go.
