After doing some shopping at Brea Mall, my siblings and I worked up an appetite. We decided to stop at i20 Ramen Katsu. We ordered sushi rolls (not pictured; sorry, we were hungry) and a plate of yellowtail. It was my first time trying the yellowtail, and I loved it! It tasted so fresh and well-seasoned. We ordered an Arnold Palmer mocktail, and it was so refreshing. It wasn't too sweet. The service was great. Our waitress was helpful, welcoming, and attentive. The ambiance was very relaxing. I wanted to take a nap, ha! They had classical music playing in the background. I definitely see myself visiting again.

We came here because we forgot to make a reservation for dplace and they were too busy, but we were pleasantly surprised by the food! We ordered the ramen combo with pork katsu on the side and another veggie ramen with crispy onions and crispy garlic. They gave a lot of the crispy onions and garlic for only $1 extra. The broth was flavorful on both and the pork katsu was nice and crispy. Lastly, we got the chirashi bowl and here is why I have to take off a star unfortunately. We ordered all at the same time and the chirashi bowl took 40 minutes to come out. Everyone else finished their meals long ago before it came out. The taste though was phenomenal. The fish was very fresh and tastyand the sushi rice was very delicious as well. 5 of us shared the two ramen combos and chirashi bowl and the total was $130. 18% gratuity was included for "large" parties of 5 or more. It was plenty of food, but the included gratuity and the long wait for the chirashi bowl makes me take one star off. We would definitely come again.

Food was great! Got a chicken katau I believe. I would have posted a pic but ai devoured it before taking a pic. Id rather spend my money here then those popular olive garden, red robin, etc places.

Worse quality, higher prices, i live in walking distance and don't waste my time coming out anymore. New management running it into the ground. I've never had tasteless wasabi before.

They don't make their sushi rolls fresh. The rice was hard and it was like a clumpy ice block. The service was good though and i don't know anything about their ramen or katsu but their rolls were not it.

My teenager boy's fav place when he dined with his friends after school. Not a fan of most items on their menu but they do offer wide selection of sushi and Japanese hot dishes. Food was surprisingly good. Service was warm and fast while I enjoyed every bite of the food they serve. Definitely worth going back for more!

I love this place for ramen and katsu, so good! I recently went and had their new sushi menu it was amazing and so quality. While the portion was smaller, the size of the fish was large and insanely high quality, so it felt justified for the price. Highly recommend!

Had the chicken katsu with curry. Over all was a good meal. Definitely will try out more of what they offer. I enjoyed the flavor of the curry and sauces. As well with the portion size.

The food was overall good I always come here to eat, but their service was really bad today. Usually the owner.? Of the store treats us well and the workers there are nice in general. Today this lady served us today, we were calling her for order many times but never answered. I had to shout LOUD so she came to us and took the order. We ordered our food, but she kept getting our orders wrong. Which is ok because everyone makes mistakes, but during the whole time, the service was pretty shitty and when we were ready to pay, we asked to split the check in two because we were students and we came with friends. When I asked to split the order, it took us over 5 times to say it for her to get it right. When she printed out the receipt, she got it wrong 2 times, and because of that we wasted a bit of time. But the problem was she was giving an attitude or not being nice about the mistake she made. Anyways on the third time, I had to go up to the counter and tell her again which ones to split. When we got our receipts, we were a group of 5, but we had to pay for tip and the money because we were a group of 5. The total cost of the tip and the cost for the group was 15$ each on split checks. Our regular total was about 20-25$. I don't know about the service here, but I usually eat here a lot, but today was very disappointing.

Love to come here for the Katsu, both the cheese and the pork are awesome. The pork is very high quality vs all the other local spots trust me I've tried them. Perfectly portioned, and a side of beef stock curry? How can you go wrong?

I can't believe I used to not like sushi, I'm so glad I tried it at I20! My favorite is Yamyam roll and Vegi Salmon. The best ramen for me is Vegi Ramen, The fresh salmon at I20 was a game changer for me, I can't get enough now.

I went there yesterday with my mother at around 2pm and the service was super fast. We ordered a veggie ramen and yam yam roll. The yam yam roll is very delicious and I would totally recommend it. The ramens was very good too, and I love that they have a normal and low sodium option.
