I am someone who loves In-N-Out Burger, so I usually feel very excited whenever I go there. However, today my excitement disappeared because of the attitude of the employee who took my order at the drive-thru. While taking my order, he looked like he didn’t want to work, and his manners were not very good. It made me think that better employee training may be needed.

The interior was designed with their logo pattern, giving it a cleaner and fresher feel. One of the reasons I love In-N-Out is that, unlike other franchises, the taste is the same no matter which branch you go to.

Sometimes transients are occupying the outside tables, making eating outside with my family not a very good experience.
Food is great from the drive thru.
Sometimes the line is slow, and they have 2 order takers for the line, but they are standing and chatting for 10 minutes at a time while they wait for the cars to move(instead of having one of them help out in the kitchen to make the line move faster)
