Intentional Coffee

I waited for 20min for coffee and pastry. No apologize and workers didn’t care about customers at all. Most customers had same issues and unhappy.

We've been coming to this place since 2022 and I don't know if it changed ownership or management, but the quality has declined. I have had 3 bad experiences the last few times I have been there 🤔 The staff is nice, but I no longer see a consistent staff, which is probably why the quality has changed. I usually go on Friday mornings. The first bad experience was last month (in December), when I ordered two chai lattes. There were two girl baristas and we were the only ones in the shop at that time. Then, more people started coming in and it got busy... As soon as I noticed other people who came in after us getting their orders, I asked about mine. It turns out they hadn't even started it! They finally gave me the chai lattes, which didn't even taste like chai... It was all cinnamon! It was disgusting. The second time after that, I placed an order at their self-order kiosk, and their terminal charged me twice for my order. Luckily, I saw it when I got home and I called for a refund. Today... we went in and I placed an order for 1 coffee, a pastry, and a grilledcheese sandwich... We were going to dine-in, but it took almost a half hour to get our order, so I took it to go. The coffee was good, just more on the warmer side, not as hot as it usually is, but it was still good. The coffee cake was also good... But the grilled cheese was awful :( I have ordered it before and it used to be very cheesy and delicious. This time, we waited over 20 minutes for a half-burned grilledcheese sandwich... I am attaching a photo... The cheese was barely cheese anymore! 🤦🏻‍♀️ The food doesn't taste bad, it is the way it is being prepared that is inconsistent... 🤷🏻‍♀️ The same thing happened with my chai lattes last month :( It makes us not want to go back... We feel disappointed. On the positive side, they did remodel this place not so long ago and it looks nice, but I hope they go back to providing the same quality food and service they used to... 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have been a huge fan before covid, during covid Look up the street view on Google maps and you'll that's my son and I. Popped in today, been awhile, got myself a iced matcha with a shot of espresso. The worst drink ever. Couldn't taste matcha or the espresso. Very disappointed.

There are so clean place and cozy. All of staff was friendly too.

I happened to find this coffee shop as I was at my doctor's office.
I was impressed!
I wish I could have stayed longer. Everybody's very nice but most importantly the ambience!
We go to coffee shops to do some work or to meet with friends and have a good conversation. The ambiance music was wonderful because other coffee shops decided to think they are Disco clubs and their music is loud, you can't talk, you can study.
I really, really enjoyed this place. The food, the coffee the ambiance, everything was wonderful! I wish they would make mocha lattes but I was very happy with their coffee.
I hope I can get there again.

The coffee here is absolutely fantastic, love the ambience of the shop and definitely one of my favorite coffee spots. The only real turn off about this place is every time I go they never fill my cup up and skimp me. Normally I don’t care that much but today I was pretty frustrated, I ordered a large and this is what I received (no sips taken). My thumb is the fill line 🥲.

They gave themselves a huge tip rofl. They tried gaslighting me into thinking I had given them a $5 tip but I only gave 10¢ tip haha. Their Golden milk latte has no turmeric. It's only black tea, white and brown sugar. The employees were super smug after they had given the drink to me. Will file a police report. The cashier was a Hispanic male and a Hispanic female. No sense of morals.

I ordered one coffee and they cost me $27 they charged me that amount for one coffee and when I told him I want my refund back like over the owners are here right now and there's all you have to come back when it clears and I even showed them that's my bank said it not the bank said yes it

Honestly a great coffee shop with good vibes. Inside and outside seating. Self order system available which is surprising. Staff is great. Coffee was good, had a latte that night. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommend visiting. A good place to do some studying, have a chat with ppl, and grab some coffee/drinks with some snacks. Will come back!

I ordered in person and was able to get my order quickly. There are tables and chairs around so you can definitely talk with friends or come here to study/work. Would definitely recommend this place. This place has food and a variety of drinks.
