I thought the restaurant closed because it was hard to see inside of restaurant. Anyway inside interior was good. Food was good everything was good except the business hours.!! But I will visit next week too.

Impressive every time I've visited. Some of the Yakitori options I've had better versions of elsewhere, but their menu is huge and more than makes up for it.

Great atmosphere at this izakaya. The food was great and delicious, beef udon bowl is a personal favorite because it is simple and easy on the stomach. The yakitori skewers were delicious and a perfect compliment to the udon. The meatball and chicken leg skewers in particular.

Quiet Japanese style restaurant. We chose the kotatsu table and it was a more immersive experience.Parking: It is in a large square, so there is space

Very lovely experience. We ordered quite a bit but the final check was relatively cheap for everything we got. The takoyaki was delicious as well as the salmon and yellowtail sashimi. Our server Miguel was very kind and our food came out super quick.

Looked like a promising place, but we were highly disappointed. Most of the yakiyori came out lukewarm.Spicy tuna crackers - the crispy rice wasn't crispy at all and you can tell they were batch fried earlier in the day. Hard to eat.Sashimi bowl was okay.Takoyaki was mediocre.Whole squid didn't seem too fresh. The staff didn't seem too excited to be there and they were sort of scarce. Will not be returning.

New 3% service charge on credit card payments. Also, food prices have increased. Great service as always!
There's plenty of parking and the interior is cozy with a lot of seating. You can even sit on the tatami mat with the lowered tables. Come here for the small bites and drinks! Our server was very sweet and we had great service the whole night :)Our group ordered a ton of things so I asked around to find out which dishes we liked best. Friends said they liked the hot udon and I enjoyed the ika miso (grilled squid with miso sauce). My favorite thing might have been the chicken cartilage (soft bone) yakitori though!

Great place to hang out and share small platesThey nailed each popular Japanese small plate--karaage, takoyaki, tempura, tofu, geso, yakitori, (on and on)Fresh and delicious sashimiTheir alcohol and cocktails are amazing--you can't taste it in the cocktailsFor best atmosphere, try getting a table in the tatami mat roomMake sure to waitlist ahead of time!

This place needs a bit of cleaning to do. We sat at the booth, the tables were a bit too sticky. And the area smelled unpleasantly bitter. But the atmosphere was dark, moody, and relaxing. So ambiance I give it 3.5/5 They have an extensive menu We ordered a few yakitori. Kobe green onions w ponzu 4.5/5 Asparagus bacon 3.5/5 flavor was bland but good texture Spicy sausage 3.5/5 Chicken yuzu 3.5/5 dry but I enjoyed the spicy kick Meatball w cheese 3/5 Plain udon 4/5 Mixed tempura 3/5 - shrimp was way too salty Donkatsu 3.5/5 - wish the tempura was light not dark Salmon collar-5/5 Chawab mushi 4/5 Servers were kind and attentive so service 5/5This place is more for the fun experience. Perfect to hang around and enjoy a company of friends and family with drinks. But for the actual food, only the salmon collar was worth it. For the price you're paying for, the food was mediocre. I wish I ordered some fresh sashimi and rolls, maybe it could be better ?

Yay~ I'm so glad I found this place. Last night we were craving izakaya styled food so we went to try here. The wait on Friday night was about an hour but I joined the waitlist on Yelp before heading to the restaurant. The restaurant was pretty big and impressive. The ambiance was super cute with tatami styled seating. It reminded me of Hondaya in little tokyo but way better! We ordered bunch of skewers, oysters, eel bowl, softshell crab and more and the food was better than my expectation :) All staffs were friendly and service was quick! The only downside of the restaurant was the operating hours. They only open until 9p.m which is little odd. Overall, we had a good food on Friday date night and I would definitely come back!

First time being here with friends and it won't be the last! The food was delicious with great presentation. We all ordered a variety of plates and I already know what I'm dying for again, the Salmon Belly entree! It was sooooo delicious with this amazing dipping sauce. I also had the Scallops with Mayo & a Salmon Skin hand roll with soy paper. Both were amazing, yum!Friends had a variety of items too and we were all happy campers. The service was super friendly and fast. Tim was our waiter and he was very friendly and helpful when we had questions on dishes. The ambiance was very family friendly & clean. They had private rooms for special events or if you just want it to be a little quieter. We'll be back!
