This location has improved SO much. I order for the family about once a week through the app at this location around 11pm usually and the staff here are always friendly and get the order correct! But the most important thing is the food!! They build it beautifully here. It doesn't look like it fell on the floor and was stepped on a few times before making its way into the box. Everything is fresh and hot when we get our order. VERY impressed and hope the current staff sticks around for a while. Whoever the cook is, you rock!

Ordered from this location off of the mobile app, the app said that the location was open, but when I went there to get my order, it was not. Sent in three separate refund requests over the past week and have not been contacted by anyone.

Every year they come out with the same excuse no water grass always dry and now even the security doesn't even allow people to get water for the flowers. we are collecting signatures to take to the city we pay good amount of money for our love ones to rest in peace now with the heat we can even use a canopy or umbrella

Service has greatly improved since I've last been in here, thank you. I came in this evening, and was pleasantly surprised. Counter woman was friendly. Burger had a great taste, hot, fresh and delicious. I've walked by numerously, and kept telling myself, maybe I should give a second try.
Let me add this, I had McDonald's yesterday. Their service would be a 1..but everything about the Jack in the Box experience was far superior than the McDonald's visit.
Slow service. The drive through seems to always ask you to pull up ahead in front of the restaurant (even though they don't have a space for that) for even simple items. The menu here is expansive, but quality should reign over quantity.
Only 2 workers in the place took 20min to take my order and the restroom was disgusting never go there again lost my appetite after seeing there restroom
I went to Jack In The box I got a jack wrap onion ring but could not eat the onion rings so I had to go back and ask them for a fresh set of onion rings that is not burnt and what do I get back another bird of onion rings in a real lady that started that shift so if you don't like burnt onion rings the service sucks the onion rings suck Jack in the box sucks
