This location has improved SO much. I order for the family about once a week through the app at this location around 11pm usually and the staff here are always friendly and get the order correct! But the most important thing is the food!! They build it beautifully here. It doesn't look like it fell on the floor and was stepped on a few times before making its way into the box. Everything is fresh and hot when we get our order. VERY impressed and hope the current staff sticks...
Service has greatly improved since I've last been in here, thank you. I came in this evening, and was pleasantly surprised. Counter woman was friendly. Burger had a great taste, hot, fresh and delicious. I've walked by numerously, and kept telling myself, maybe I should give a second try.
Let me add this, I had McDonald's yesterday. Their service would be a 1..but everything about the Jack in the Box experience was far superior than the McDonald's...

Slow service. The drive through seems to always ask you to pull up ahead in front of the restaurant (even though they don't have a space for that) for even simple items. The menu here is expansive, but quality should reign over quantity.
