There is a guy who works the drive thru either overnight or real early in the morning, and I can barely hear him on the intercom, and then I can barely hear him at the window. He's either doing this or purpose, (the low talking) or He's unaware that he's not talking loud enough.

Wouldn't even give me a single ranch for my curly fries without paying extra. Most JitB locations give me 3+ sauces, no questions asked, and I've never been to one that didn't automatically offer ranch with the curly fries.
Plus, the freestyle soda machine was unavailable, further reducing the incentive to come here.

It's jack in the box. They were surprisingly fast and decently generous with sauces.
I used the app to purchase my food. Got to the drive thru window and they acted like I had no order and I was just trying to get free food. It's 2:30 in the morning, I just wanted my tacos and to go home. Is that too much to ask for?

The people working late at night here deserve a lot of respect. I imagine it is difficult to maintain composure at 3:00 a.m. when inebriated or otherwise rude people are being unkind and disrespectful while placing their orders. The men and woman wirking here have stamina and fortitude.
Not many prefer to work graveyard shift. They probably do it out of responsibility to their obligations and to afford the costs of life.
Despite how tired they must be they are always professional and always positive and friendly. They deserve to be commended for that.
The food here is always great. Be kind to those who prepare it for you.
