I ordered my food and went to fill my drink. I started to fill my cup when black mold started squirting from fountain drink machine. I took the cup up to counter to show Miguel the manager. He looked at me and said what do you want a new cup? Are you for real. I asked for full refund and he l was so rude, he ended up giving me ten more dollars back then I paid. He needs to be reolaced.
New post. Never was contacted by them. I went two days later, the coke machine was as dirty as before and still dispensing mold. Shame on you Miguel to allow this to happen in our community. Shame on Jack in the box to allow this. I called and went on line to complain. No response. Please don't eat here. You will get sick. I have placed a call to Board of Health and BBB. Shut this business down before someone dies.

Ordered the Munchies Meal.....hooked me up with a separate bag of ranch, hot sauce and ketchup. Worth every dollar I spent!!!!

Horrible service, went yesterday waiting almost 40 minutes to get my food and the spicy grilled jack wrap was really hard to eat, they forgot to put the chicken nuggets on my kids meal, but the worst part, my son got so sick been throwing up and stomachache, Never ever coming to this place...

Not the greatest service, kind of rude to me. I asked for extra sauce at the window and they just ignored me. Didn’t give me a receipt after charging more money than I thought it was going to cost for my meal. They took forever to make the food too and I had to wait in a pickup spot even though they were getting hardly any customers at the time. And when I finally got my food they were rude to me too, didn’t say a word and never gave me a chance to point out that I had mo receipt after being charged 16 and a half dollars for a meal I thought was going to be 12… If you want cheap, quick, reliable fast food go to the McDonalds or Taco Bell down the road.

9/6/2024 Do not try to visit on a Friday night. I ordered jumbo jack burgers through the drive thru and it was poorly made. It was low staffed so I can see why. I hope management does a better job on having enough staff for Friday's and through the weekend. Great customer service though ☺....sometimes?.
This place sucks. We have gone 3 times and it gets worse and sloppier every time. Drinks are always wrong, have have them remake food every time. There is a better one down Imperial.
