Late night drive thru gave me an inedible grilled cheese (and when I say inedible I mean you could not break the sandwich even when bitten into)… however, upon returning the sandwich, the employees were very kind to fix my order and that grilled cheese was perfection!

I just came back and my son chicken nuggets were RAW he ate about 2 and started to tell me his stomach was hurting and I went to go look at his food and the nuggets were Raw and soggy . You need to make sure they are cooking the food all the way

This was a drive through order. I live in Wyoming where we have no jack-in-the-boxes. So for me, it was an instant run to, as I was in southern California and I had to promptly order. 20 tacos, all of them were very consistent and delicious. They were all enjoyed by my family

I ordered my food and went to fill my drink. I started to fill my cup when black mold started squirting from fountain drink machine. I took the cup up to counter to show Miguel the manager. He looked at me and said what do you want a new cup? Are you for real. I asked for full refund and he l was so rude, he ended up giving me ten more dollars back then I paid. He needs to be reolaced.
New post. Never was contacted by them. I went two days later, the coke machine was as dirty as before and still dispensing mold. Shame on you Miguel to allow this to happen in our community. Shame on Jack in the box to allow this. I called and went on line to complain. No response. Please don't eat here. You will get sick. I have placed a call to Board of Health and BBB. Shut this business down before someone dies.

Ordered the Munchies Meal.....hooked me up with a separate bag of ranch, hot sauce and ketchup. Worth every dollar I spent!!!!
