It took 30 minutes to revive my order. I ordered a breakfast combo breakfast sandwich with a coffee and did not receive my hash brown. Young man and young women said we did not order it, but didn’t want to even honor it for us instead he asked did we want to purchase a has brown twice, and had an attitude. My sandwich was cold. Overall you don’t catch an attitude with a paying customer. I work at Wine Country and he didn’t give me discount when I was told we are allowed one. One of the only places to eat eat at 4 am to 5 am and this man dark hair tall thin gives us an attitude. Hire someone who will be courteous to customers.

I stepped into the jack in the box at 4:02 PM there was another group that entered at the same time, one person in line and 1 person waiting for food they ordered. I was not able to order until 4:18. I'm not sure if someone was on a lunch break, but there was only 1 person covering drive thru, expediting, and taking orders in the store. While I was waiting to order, two people came in and left because of how long the wait was taking. Once I was able to order, my food came out quickly and hot at about 4:23.
