I’m trying to make an order over the phone call because I don’t have that much time. I patiently called several times the first couple times they would hang up and the third time I can hear them talking in the background sounds like two young ladies. I do not have an issue at other locations but this one I think it’s the employees working this night.

Very bad service Andrea, I read some review and I am not the only one complaining about her. Just now we got a drink and my husband wanted to sit and drink but somehow the chair was bent and he almost fell but Andrea told us “the chair wasn’t like that” what do you mean by I asked. At least Andrea should said “Are you okay” no no she said “why should I and sound like my husband bent the chair. After she went to the other side and gentleman came out and ask us to leave. Very unprofessional both of them☹️

The manager at this location obviously does not care about the well-being of their customers. This restroom is unacceptable. It's dirty, and toilet seat covers are dirty,floors, and sink. All restrooms should be cleaned by employees. If this is how the restroom is, I could just imagine how Unsanitized the prepping area of the fruits and juices countertops are .I hope employees wash their hands or wear gloves . WILL DIFFINITELY DO UPDATE ON THIS LOCATION.

Worst customer service from the manager. ANDREA I believe. She was very condescending. Be careful if you have gift cards because if they don't work because it's their fault you don't get anything for it and she wasn't even going to give me a discount until I asked then she said she couldn't which was a lie. And then she did it anyways when I called her out on that lie she got very crazy out of control telling me she's going to kick me out very unprofessional very emotional lady. I feel sorry for the other girls working for her

I think over ten years.ProsI use the app to avoid waiting and makes ordering / paying so much easier.My favorite is the orange dream machine.ConsThe cups changed from styrofoam to plastic. I enjoyed the styrofoam cups because it didn’t sweat through.

This was absolutely awful. Ms Gia A is down right awful at her job. She spat in my drink in front of me and told me to stick the straw where the sun don’t shine. Other then that the smoothie was pretty good. A vibe.
