This is probably the worst açaí bowl my bf and I have ever had. It literally had no granola in it. And the smoothie at the bottom is like all watery like it melted so quick. It's juice now not a smoothie. And don't know how to fallow directions. I asked for light honey and he didn't put any at all and we had to come back for them to add Moe then while eating I'm like ok that's it??? There is barely any granola also the guy working register was so blah and just not friendly at all We are never coming back to this location again as a matter of fact, I want my money back.

Came to Jamba at 7:05 pm today. Worker (Steven) walked out from the back and first thing he said to us was were only able to make smoothies and only accepting card we close early tonight. He seemed annoyed like he didn't even want to make anything because he was closing in 30 mins. We order 3 smoothies total of 28.50 weren't even make it correctly. It taste disgusting. He used the ame blender to make all 3 drinks. I should just have saved my money and left a soon as I felt his low vibration. To be honest all Jamba Juice workers seem kinda miserable. This will be my last time going to Jamba Juice:

Very bad service Andrea, I read some review and I am not the only one complaining about her. Just now we got a drink and my husband wanted to sit and drink but somehow the chair was bent and he almost fell but Andrea told us “the chair wasn’t like that” what do you mean by I asked. At least Andrea should said “Are you okay” no no she said “why should I and sound like my husband bent the chair. After she went to the other side and gentleman came out and ask us to leave. Very unprofessional both of them☹️

The manager at this location obviously does not care about the well-being of their customers. This restroom is unacceptable. It's dirty, and toilet seat covers are dirty,floors, and sink. All restrooms should be cleaned by employees. If this is how the restroom is, I could just imagine how Unsanitized the prepping area of the fruits and juices countertops are .I hope employees wash their hands or wear gloves . WILL DIFFINITELY DO UPDATE ON THIS LOCATION.

Worst customer service from the manager. ANDREA I believe. She was very condescending. Be careful if you have gift cards because if they don't work because it's their fault you don't get anything for it and she wasn't even going to give me a discount until I asked then she said she couldn't which was a lie. And then she did it anyways when I called her out on that lie she got very crazy out of control telling me she's going to kick me out very unprofessional very emotional lady. I feel sorry for the other girls working for her

Ordered 2 foods and 1 drink via the app. When I got home, the sausage sandwich was burnt. Not just a bit, but burnt crisp. Called the store to see if I can get a replacement or refund but no one would pick up the phone. I complained through the website, and instead of a genuine response, they sent me a survey. Hope all goes well with your order because you can expect zero customer service if things shall go wrong.

I think over ten years.ProsI use the app to avoid waiting and makes ordering / paying so much easier.My favorite is the orange dream machine.ConsThe cups changed from styrofoam to plastic. I enjoyed the styrofoam cups because it didn’t sweat through.

I was helped by Morgan last night and she frustrated me. She didn't let me know that she ran out of lid until my order was ready. Do you know how inconvenient it is to drink anything without a lid? She should've said something in the beginning. I asked for a refund. I could've thrown my order to her so she could catch a cold.

Our cup was watered down. You can see the foam in the cup, smoothies don't have foam. Ordered Island Pitaya bowl, requested no banana, and no blueberries, came out with bananas and blueberries. Please don't be distracted.
