This tattooed guy with long hair kept ignoring me and would not take my order so we just left. It was obvious that he didn’t like my shirt with the American flag. Went to the restaurant next door instead….

Was charging my car nearby so I came right at open, exhausted, in from out of town and could barely string together a sentence for my order. They were so kind to me and my sandwich was actually fire. Thank you!

Matthew at Jersey Mike’s did an amazing job making my vegetarian sandwich just the way I wanted it. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured everything was perfect. Thank you for the great service and delicious sandwich! Keep up the great work!

Please for the love of god if I request no onions on my pickup order, DONT PUT OINIONS ON IT. An absolute mess to take off in all the mayo and you can still taste the onion. Just freaking annoying to discover your order is wrong after you get all the way back home

Typically this place always live up to my expectations with both taste and quality. However today's visit makes me question coming back. The avocado on one sandwhich was brown (why was it still out to be served and why didn't the employee question this as she put it on the sandwhich?) My hot cheesesteak sandwhich was somehow mostly cold and we ate at the location. How is my hot Philly cheesesteak cold to the point where the cheese isn't even melted? Why would you serve a hot sandwhich with cold chunky cheese? Typically we can get these to go and they are still steaming hot when we get home, how are they cold/lukewarm after you just made it to me and handed it out? These may seem like small details, however they completely ruined both sandwhiches. I've never seen quality take such a downfall so quickly. On top of all this, the items on the sandwhich were placed severely disproportionately. Some bites I got only chicken, some bites only onions, some only mushrooms. Hopefully this isn't an accurate representation of the quality and care they are interested in presenting from here on out.

I love Jersey Mike’s but there’s definitely a serious management or training problem going on at this location.Every time I go here it seems like a tornado behind the counter - 6 or 7 workers all fighting for the same sandwich making space and no organization when passing orders from one employee to another.The last four times I’ve been here they’ve screwed up my bread order twice and three out of the four times I’ve had to tell the second employee (the one adding veggies/sauces) that he forgot to add mayo and bacon because it’s a club sub.Train your employees better? Work on communication practices? Idk?You guys are making sandwiches not rocket engines…

Best sub sandwiches in orange county. I always order the turkey with provolone and mayo, mike's way. Bread is delicious. Turkey is delicious. Veggies are fresh. I've ordered the cheese steak a couple of times, but they don't put enough meat for the price, so I don't order anymore. Giving 4 stars because the sandwiches are overpriced.

Stopped to grab some dinner. The wait was ridiculously long. We stood in line for at least 15 minutes. The food was not that great either. We all had our go to's and they tasted awful. It was almost as if the grill wasn't properly cleaned. Would not recommend this location, such a bummer, since Jersey Mike's is always a good place to eat.
