This is my 13 year old daughter's favorite Boba place. The brown sugar milk tea with both small and large boba does the job.

I got the Four Seasons (a white tea) milk tea, which I think is my new favorite tea base, with 75% sweetness, large boba, regular ice, and creme brûlée pudding (I thought I would get something I don’t often see as a topping). I am so happy with this drink! Service was fast and easy, I ordered on a kiosk and the drink was called out within 5 minutes! When I mixed in the pudding and boba, the drink was super sweet (which is what I wanted, but next time I should probably get 50% or 25% sweet or not get the creme brûlée pudding, to limit myself to a more reasonable sugar intake). The boba was perfectly chewy, on the softer side, which is what I prefer, with good flavor, and there was a generous amount. The creme brûlée made the milk tea taste like vanilla ice cream and caramel were mixed in. Soooo good. Thank you for a nice dessert stop! The shop is small but very cozy with a few seating options. Side note: I was happy to hear Now or Never from High School Musical 3 playing over the speakers when I walked in. It warmed my gen z heart.
After looking at other reviews, I also wanted to add: You can order using one of 2 kiosks, or with a cashier at the register. There is also a QR code for the menu, and a printed menu near the register. The employee called out our orders when they came out.

Decent tea marred by a poor experience.
There is no menu displayed, and they don't take orders via a human cashier, so you're forced to interact with a kiosk just to see what's available. When brought out, there is no announcement or notice, they just place a drink there and expect you to know it's yours, leading you to awkwardly grab and check if it matches your order.
Non-dairy options cost almost a dollar extra. The quality of the tea is decent for the price. I wouldn't go back; the whole experience was too awkward to justify coming back here, when there are good competitors nearby.
This place has the best teas in town. I'm a big tea guy and no other place I can think of has better quality and better tasting tea. Not only that, the art that goes into the drinks makes this place one of it's kind.

Cute and friendly. Chill atmosphere and family friendly. Got two drinks and both were a hit! My kiddo was amazed by the mini boba with the Hokkaido milk tea and I am in love with the dreamy matcha of the Ronin! Definitely will be back

I go here often because it’s so delicious!! The staff were all very friendly and I tried almost everything on the menu and it was all good. If you like strawberries, try strawberry yogurt. It's so refreshing that you'll keep drinking it. The atmosphere of the store is cozy and nice, so I think I'll come here more often.
I go here almost every time because of its yummy flavor! Staffs are all friendly and the flavors of the drinks were all good. If you like strawberry, you must try the Strawberry Yakult drink! It is so fresh and you can even chew some strawberries inside too. Also the atmosphere here is so cozy that it makes me to come here again. Highly recommend!

I visited Katsubo Tea and had a wonderful experience. The Strawberry Zen drink was especially delicious, providing a perfect blend of flavors. I also frequently get my coffee to-go from here, and I must say, the coffee is consistently good.One of my favorites is the Café Latte, and for an additional $1.00, you can add Tiramisu Foam, which is an excellent combination. The creamy, rich foam adds a delightful twist to the classic latte.Overall, I highly recommend Katsubo Tea for both their unique tea beverages and their excellent coffee options. It's definitely worth a visit!
