Kawaii Boba had very friendly staff and they were super quick with my order :)) i had gotten regular milk tea with boba and it tasted amazing.

I wanted some boba and this is the third time I've been to this location. I ordered the Strawberry Creamsicle (with boba) and my friend ordered the House Coffee. The Strawberry Creamsicle is like a strawberry milk shake with whipped cream... so warm boba is a little odd with it. It was still good tho. The House Coffee had some milk foam on top and was good according to my friend. Overall, the drinks here are refreshing and satisfying. They also have the cups with the cute dog shaped lids.

I came to this place for the cute cups after seeing them on yelp! It was really clean inside and there was plenty of seating. You have to order specific drinks to get the cups with ears since not all of the drinks come with them. I personally love taro flavored anything so I ordered the fluffy taro for myself. It wasn't too sweet and the taro flavor wasn't too strong but it was still a refreshing drink. I wouldn't get the fluffy taro again but I'd be open to trying the other flavors!

i went here 2x this week! i loved the boba lids so much they had little cat ears on them! the strawberry waffle was scrumptious!
Mt milk tea is very milky and good and peach-orange tea is very refreshing. The service is awesome and posters on the walls are so kawaii

Absolutely favorite boba ever. The place is cute and clean. Workers are always so friendly even when they are busy. I have never brought someone here without them loving it.

Delicious!! I love being able to adjust my sugar level per drink. I always pay for extra toppings but they always still put the same amount as if I didn't pay for extra toppings :( All in all this place is worth it!

Food: excellent. Especially if you are craving for some popcorn chicken and sweet cold drinks. We have tried almost all their popular drinks. Price: $ compared to others nearby. Ambiance: chill vibes. They have a couple of couch and few small dining table for 2-4 people. A lil tight in space but it's alright for a quick snack place. Service: excellent. Always so friendly and fast. Parking: plenty and easy to find parking any time of day.
This place I recommend for Boba drinkers best Boba ever. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable making you're order definitely coming back when in the area.

Love my bubble waffles and tea here! Everything is at a great price and the customer service is the best! They listen to your order and inform you how long it is. I wish they would have ice cream soon. The ambiance is nice because they have couches, tables, benches and stool chairs. A great place to talk with a date, come with friends, and chat while drinking tea, grab a bite! Will continue to come to this location!

It's a nice spot in an area that's already filled with good restaurants. The workers were patient and helpful while also being able to give good advice for what to get. Unfortunately the drinks were kind of a downside. My girlfriend got a matcha cloud with red bean and I got my usual: a taro milk tea with boba and easy ice. She liked her drink, but the red bean didn't have a good texture to go with the drink (that was mostly an issue of what we ordered and not the drink itself). My taro unfortunately tastes chalky and not sweet. I've had authentic and "artificial" taro before, and this didn't live up to either standard. I may come back again for the ambience and a different drink, but so far it hasn't been the most pleasant experience.
