This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any “fast food” restaurant. We arrived at 6:30 pm and were 3rd in line. 13 minutes later our order was finally taken. After we had been waiting for 25 minutes for our food (and drinks), I checked in at the counter and was told we could expect at least 15 more minutes. This was for 3 meals, not a party platter. $30 for food that we had to wait more than 40 minutes to even receive is ridiculous and unacceptable. For that kind of money, we could eat at a sit down restaurant and actually eat better quality food. This restaurant is a terrible representation of your brand and the company should be ashamed.

The size of the pieces is exaggeratedly large, poorly cooked, terrible flavor, Terrible service, the place stinks, the kitchen is in terrible conditions, in short, the place is disgusting, and also expensive. Not recommended.

We ordered 16 pieces of chicken tenders, but once we opened the package at home, we found something we didn't expect at all. Poorly good, and of course, not looking like tenders. We unfortunately had to trash it. For $50+, we expected to have something to eat for dinner!

First and last using the KFC REWARDS APP because customer service is awful. I was expecting to find my order on the mobile pick up area, but decided to wait since nothing was there and time goes by until I ask and I get told in a mean way that I was supposed to ask for my order.I heard the employees on the back gossiping and having a good time instead of helping me/others customers. When a business lacks customer service, it’s a bad business.

KFC , please stop cheating!!!Every time I buy either 8 pcs or 10 pcs , they always put in at the bottom of the box at list 3 or 4 pcs very very small , the size are small like a baby finger , even I been reminded them , nothings chance ??Never come back again ….
The food quality is always consistent, so no complaints there. I always take my food to go, so I've never dined in. Their self service soda fountain seems to have been shut down, cause they pour your drinks behind the counter.

Ive only eaten here twice, both times I got food poisoning. Stay away from this specific location.
Food was warm at best, the menu has been downgraded and they don't even sell potato wedges any longer.
