KFC , please stop cheating!!!Every time I buy either 8 pcs or 10 pcs , they always put in at the bottom of the box at list 3 or 4 pcs very very small , the size are small like a baby finger , even I been reminded them , nothings chance ??Never come back again ….
The food quality is always consistent, so no complaints there. I always take my food to go, so I've never dined in. Their self service soda fountain seems to have been shut down, cause they pour your drinks behind the counter.
Ive only eaten here twice, both times I got food poisoning. Stay away from this specific location.

I love kfc and I travel alot so whenever I see a kfc it's my first thing on to go for lunch and they always fast and well prepare they are trying they best for quality food !

Ordered the 8 piece hot and spicy wing ($5), but they skimped me out on one wing; resulting in only 7. The wings were okay, not as spicy as they advertise it to be. Also got the 3 piece chicken tenders ($7), which were crispy and delicious. However, the pieces were narrow and lots of breading .

Placed an online order at 2:33pm, and it is 3:09 pm. Food is not ready. It's such a bad service. Spoke with Nelly, and her attitude needs to change. I usually come on Sat around 3 pm and never have an issue with running out of food. Nelly spoke Spanish with the cook in front of me, and I had to express that I did understand Spanish, and it was very rude to say things. Overall, am very upset with this service at this establishment in Fullerton CA
Food was warm at best, the menu has been downgraded and they don't even sell potato wedges any longer.

Gotta love fried chicken! The food is always super tasty at this location. Service is ok but it seems like the workers aren't too happy to be there. Location is a little sketchy sometimes. But it's clean inside ?

I ordered 1st time on app went thru drive thru gave my name and order number and Martha an employee opened the window and asked to see I repeated my name and number and said why she said to make sure I'm not stealing someone else's food. I was frustrated in a hurry and pulled my phone up and held it up for her to see she said I NEED TO SEEEEEE you mean like physically hold my phone? She said yes I said that's to much she said "IT IS WHAT IT IS" I finally received my order went home which is two mins tops away and I opened it up and it was WRONG & in my opinion OLD and not the normal KFC delicious chicken!!! I love KFC I'm a lifelong customer but my wife has strict diet restrictions and she can't eat the crispy cause of the calories she will literally start sweating so I was super frustrated I called to no avail and tried to contact online and NOTHING. I will never go to this KFC again and I might just switch to another chicken establishment. I understand the homeless go to places and take food use restrooms and all that but to treat a paying customer like that and that's not the first time I've seen people tell my 5yr old sorry no restroom here when it's clearly open. People are struggling for the prices these restaurants charge they should have to feed a homeless person every bucket of chicken they sell. IT SHOULD BE A LAW

Visited around 11:30 for lunch. Hoping for chicken to be just cooked and fresh. Heck no! They served me yesterday's fried chicken. Chicken was hard and dried. This is absolutely not acceptable. Please do not serve old Fried chicken for not only for freshness but also for health quality.
