I would go here as much as I could when I was a kid, our family was such good friends with the owners. My heart breaks to know that they will no longer be open. The owners were always so nice, they'd ask how my family was doing and how my grandmother is who lives out of the country. This restaurant will always be in my heart. I'm just so glad I was able to enjoy it with my son and my husband before they closed it.

Just found out Kim Loan has closed. Been a customer for about 18 yrs. The owner and his staff were very friendly and he knew his regulars. I wish them well. Thank you for your hospitality

I have been going here for about 30 years. it has always been awesome. I am really sad that it is not open. I see there is a change for the business license on the door but I don't know if that means they sold it or if another one of their family is taking over. I wish they would put a note on the door letting us know. I am going to keep my eye on it to see what happens. I hope they reopen.

My favorite goto place for pho noodle. I like their tanginess in noodle and soup. Facility need to be cleaner in restroom area but overall my favorite
Good food, pretty cheap. I've been coming here for years and never once had an issue. Inside is a little dated but 2 orders of pho doesn't even come out to 10 bucks hardly so I'm cool with it. The other thing that I love is that when you order to go, it's literally out in 3 mins or less. I almost never give 5 star reviews but they deserve it.

The vermicelli cold noodle dishes are not my favorite though - I would stick to the pho or rice dishes. Never had a problem getting a table here, even for a larger group. And plenty of parking in the lot.

Horrible. Simply horrible. The rice dishes are not satisfying. Their pho has no flavor. The portions are frugal. The egg rolls were sour on two previous visits. This place has gone downhill since the 1990s. I usually support local small businesses but not this place.
