If I can give more stars I would! Came in to get something sweet and milky and the honey milk tea with boba was so good! I'm obsessed ? I'd rather have this than Starbucks ? I believe it was the owner who made sure the drink was to my liking when it came to sweetness I thought that was awesome but the drink was perfect as is!!! This was my second time but definitely will keep coming here more often! Always smiles when I come in! ☺️ ?

Everything tastes good but the passion fruit slushy and the other slushees had ice chunks that were very big. Some smaller ice chunks I understand, bu when there is ice chunks the size of a lollipop, idk..

I ordered two drinks. One of them was a Honey Kung Fu Tea with boba. The owner told me that the tea costs extra. The $4.05 is for honey and water only because no caffeine. He clearly hasn't heard of caffeine free tea. He said they can't put "honey water" in the menu. I told him that's exactly what it is!!! It feels like a dirty trick. I asked for a refund of my drink, but I didn't receive a receipt for the refund until I bugged them more. I will be doing a chargeback for it if I don't get my refund. I am really unhappy with this place. They're a rip-off. Stay away. Edit: The manager gave a barely coherent response, below, thanking me for my "services." He basically confirmed my statement that their Kung Fu Honey TEA does not contain any tea. You charge $4 for a cup of water with a bit of honey. Hey, people will pay hundreds for the farts of famous people. I'm not those people. Instead of trying to explain the weird practices, I would just correct or remove the menu item. I'm sure I'm not the first person, or the last to be misled by this. The purpose of this review isn't because I "have it out for you." It's because we were really in the mood for boba after brunch, and you made it very difficult, and unpleasant. I felt like this business was gaslighting me as if they were trying to tell me I didn't know what "tea" means. No way in hell would I hand over my credit card a second time to pay the difference after such a display of shenanigans. Also, my boyfriend said the coffee milk tea was weak and "meh."

This place has the best taro smoothie I've ever tasted. I usually get it at 50% sweetness level and it still tastes great. Highly recommend for taro lovers out there!

With a name involving Kung Fu I expected this to be ran by people who lacked any knowledge of boba. I was mistaken. I've visited this place three times in one week. It's conveniently located to me so that's a plus. It has a decent selection of teas, milk teas, fruit teas, and slushees. It also serves coffee and cappuccino. This one is worth mentioning. On my second visit, I ordered a cappuccino and it was nothing what I expected... It had a very nice hazelnut aroma, and was not overly sweet and tasted really good and unexpected. On my first and third visit, however, I ordered strawberry green tea on one time and traditional milk tea with Boba on another time. Both were brewed properly. Sugar and ice levels were exactly what I hoped for. The people making the drinks were very friendly, and had smiles on their faces. Unfortunately, that's not all that common these days. The ambience is college town tea house with Instagram-worthy art on the side walls. I would not say this is one of the superior tea locations I've discovered, but it's definitely a good one for the north Orange County area..

I came to this place for my t-Mobil rewards. I followed the instructions provided, and was unsuccessful. Another customer assisted me, and directed me to this places’ website. I did it that way as well, and I was still unsuccessful. By this time I’ve been there about 30 minutes, and this place is about to close. I spoke to the manager to see if there anything that he could do. He kept saying to try the app, I expressed how disappointed I was with his assistance, he become loud. And said he could do anything. Another couple of people were have the same trouble, since we didn’t get anywhere by talking. We all just left. Worst customer service from this manager. I would never come here again, and I would also will not refer anyone to come here.

I've been dropping by this boba shop for most of the Fall & Spring semester and I adore the slushy selection they have. Service is always nice and never really busy around 1 so I'm able to pop in for a drink and make the bus afterwards. Today I got the pineapple slush with boba and they gave me some of the extra in a paper cup! :)

I came by here to get a cold drink and this was my 2nd time at a Kung Fu Tea location. 1st time at this location. This place is so much bigger than the one in Westminster on Bolsa. The girl who helped us was nice and gave me her own review of the drinks I was on the fence. I went with her recommendation which I was very pleased with my drink. It wasn't overly sweet, and it was not overly milky. It was just right, the Mango Snow. My friend got Passion Fruit and he was was very satisfied with the drink as well. Overall, customer service and the drinks were well made. Though, I would say the price was high for my medium that was almost $6 and my friends Passion Fruit being a large was about $5. It was odd that my medium was almost $2 more than his large drink with boba add on but times are tough and I think the cost to run a blender takes electricity (power) to make so possibly thats why its a lot more or maybe the ingredients are a lot more than to make. Either way, satisfied for sure! Thanks staff for a great experience

I drive all the way from Anaheim to this location bc it's worth it. It's so good! The drinks are always consistent and all the workers are nice. I like that when I order my honey green milk tea they always tell me they recommend 70% sweetness. I also like that they don't overflow the drinks with ice! If the owners are reading this: please open a location in Anaheim! Lol

Had this for the first time in Houston. Went because of the non-dairy option. It was good. Nothing that stands out. This location though, we got two milk teas and couldn't taste the tea. We switch the drink since it lacked a lot of flavor and tea! We switched between green and black tea. Neither were good.I won't be coming back
