Typically you guys are great... but what happened today? We ordered a 5 cheese board with specific limitations to what I could have. The server still gave us two cheeses that went against the restrictions and the one we asked for weren't on the board. Then when it was brought up, she said she would give it to us for free since we had to wait. Your going to give me the food I asked for for free after you messed it up? Thanks? Then we could not get the waiter to our table with the exception of two mins after the food was set down to ask if everything was fine. We had to consistently get up for refills... sat for 40 mins after we finished trying to get the check before we gave up and got up to ask for it. Then what is on the walls? It completely stained my pants and we can't it out. Horrible visit.

When for lunch Thursday. First time really nice place, great service, reasonable unique menu, some nice wines to try. Heather took care of us as we ordered the Archie with prosciutto as they were out of chicken. I had the flatbread with red pepper jelly they make, prosciutto and balsamic. We also ordered a wine flight. What a nice trio. This is now on our lunch list

Absolutely fantastic. Amazing price for such quality cheese. We went in to have a snack and we expected no more than some cheese and crackers for the price but were brought a charcuterie board that I would have thought cost 3X what we paid. The staff are also very helpful and made excellent suggestions when we were picking our cheeses.

Came here for my birthday and we sat outside since it was still warm enough to sit outside without wind chills and there was live music playing so it was just a lovely atmosphere to enjoy a cheeseboard and that is what we did!The waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cheeses and we ordered a goldilocks which had 1 hard, 1 medium, and 1 soft cheese. Of course I love my brie and the accompanying crackers and fruits. The fig jam was surprising a favorite of both my gf and I. She preferred the hard cheese which meant we weren't fighting for the last of either cheeses. This is one of those odd indulges I take pleasure in just like an adult version of lunchables where you can construct the perfect bite of cracker/bread and cheese!I would recommend this place just bring lactose pills if you know what I mean. Knocked off one star cause came back the following week with a friend but wanted to check out something out front and got scolded by one of the workers who thought I was just taking a shortcut through their store... Welp guess I won't, I mean I'll still come back to indulge myself with a cheeseboard again lol next year.

If I could give it more than five stars, I would! We came to Let it Brie on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty empty. We sat on the back patio and ordered The Offering -- a charcuterie board for four with your choice of red wine, white wine, or beer. We went with the white and got a whole bottle of Chardonnay to split between the four of us. The server asked us if we had cheese preferences for our board, but we opted to let them choose. So glad we did! Every cheese we had was divine, and the board was the perfect size for four people. Afterwards, we headed inside to buy some cheese and wine to take home. Such a great place! Our friends mentioned they usually have live music out on the back patio, where we sat, so I look forward to coming back for that!

Recently went to this establishment in Fullerton to order a cheeseboard for Thanksgiving. I was told that we couldn't pick the cheeses that we wanted and would have to essentially roll the dice and hope they picked cheeses we like. My daughter had her heart set on certain cheeses, so I instead ordered the board to be picked up on Tuesday and figured it'd just sit in the fridge an extra day. When my wife went to pick it up, the employees were pretty clueless to the whereabouts of my order, despite my wife showing them the email receipt. It ended up not being ready. The employees prepared the order and then gave it to my wife. No apology, nothing. My wife asked if she could double check to make sure the order was correct and the employee continued to be difficult and dismissive. The "board" I ordered ended up not being a board at all, but a plastic tray with enough meats and cheeses for 1 person. This was supposed to be a board for several people to munch on. I paid $50 for some cheese and cold cuts. Never again.

I attended a cheese class at Let it Brie with my SIL, that was hosted by the owners and what an amazing experience. It was held on their very cute patio which is spacious and perfect on a warm evening. I have never done a cheese tasting and my mind was sort of blown. I understand that different kinds of cheese can have very unique flavors but to be guided through such an interesting assortment, all I can say is "Wow"! They also selected some great cheeses that contrast each other and tasting them in order and then going back to try them again out of order...it was just so interesting. As you might know, Let it Brie has been sold, so a change in leadership in underway. The owners assured us all that the gentleman taking over is as passionate about cheese as they are, so I'm excited to come back here. See you soon Let It Brie!

Hidden gem in downtown Fullerton. Go here every week on Friday and Saturday for the live music and the gouda food/wine. Best wine/cheese bar in OC.

How has this place been here 4 years without me knowing about it!?Food was delicious, service was great, we sat out on the patio because it was a beautiful day. 5 stars! And they have all the new payment options. You can pay directly from the table which is so much better than sending your credit card off on a journey! Will definitely come back!

I have been here a number of times and am never disappointed. Absolutely LOVE this cheese shop. They have delicious and beautiful boards, great appetizers and sandwiches, and wonderful staff. You cannot go wrong with any of the curated boards and it is fun to let the staff pick your cheeses, unless you have super strong preferences. Always go for the pumpkin baked Brie special in October that is a beautiful mixture of sweet, soft, and not too overpowering with pumpkin (pumpkin also doesn't taste fake like a lot of pumpkin flavored items in the fall). Such an extremely creative menu. And yes, it is pricey, but not for the quality and good cheese, wine, and a creative menu should cost as much as it does. Cannot say enough of how much I am a fan of Let it Brie!

Ok, so I'm going to say something controversial..... I don't really like grilled cheese. I know. I know. How I dare I. It's just, I see it as bread and cheese. Enter let it Brie. I can now truly understand the love for a delicious crispy ooey gooey grilled cheese. That cheese pull after the first bite was everything. The crunch from the nuts and the creaminess of the Brie with that savory Jam...... I spend days dreaming about it. I am in love. The small side salad, I think, was needed to help balance the richness of the sandwich and to help me feel healthy (haha) The ladies behind the counter are super nice , they take food orders and serve the tables. The shop is small but supper cute! Definitely check this place out!
