The " hot n ready" should be changed to ready if you wait. Majority of the time you have to wait for a deep dish pizza. There was only one time I didn't have to wait because there was nobody there and when I got it it looks like it's sitting in the hot box for a while. I sent corporate an email in regards to this and have never heard from them thank you for the great customer service corporate.

What is going on with the sausage swap? The new sausage look like litte rectangular pieces of meat. I thought it was just one but then by my house they had them also.

Terrible, it is the second time that I personally go to order pizza and they say it will come out in 40 minutes and even, "we only have pepperoni and no cheese", terrible service. Oragethorpe/brookhurst

Walked in and ordered 2 pizzas & knew I had to wait. I waited for 15 minutes just for 3 other people to come in & get in & out. What’s the point of me waiting? Cashier was rude too

Homeless people asleep outside of front door.. almost had to walk over ho. To get in. Crust on pizza was stale. Not worth it!

I’ve ordered from here twice. First time, I got a pizza that was either undercooked or spoiled based on the dough. Second time I found what appeared to be either a bone in the pizza or a tooth and from my understanding this is made “fresh” in house which concerns me. I lost my appetite and threw the whole pizza away. In my field of work I would not consider eating from here at all therefore I give the food a one star. Never ordering from here again

I understand that you guys get behind but an hour ?? I place my order online at 4.45 pm for it not to be ready when I walk in . It’s 6 o clock and I’m waiting still for my order to be ready . If you guys are behind maybe someone like “corporate” should shut down the online order service for you guys to catch up on the current orders and the people waiting in line . Very frustrating. I see people walking out after they place their order bec they have to get to work. I expect to hear back from you Management.

I stopped by this evening at 9:58 while the manager was rolling the mats. She saw me walking and locked the door, just did the “slice throat” to tell me they are closed. If they are going to close early they should change there closing times. To say they don’t let customers in 15 minutes before closing.

Don't know if I would recommend but definitely a budget friendly option which is hard to come by these days
