2nd time went there to try Teri burger. It was so juicy and delicious. I also ordered bulgogi burger but the patty and bun tasted bit dry.
The place was so clean and staffs were nice.

Tried Lotteria for the first time today. Shrimp burger was great. Never had any burger like it. I’m a fan now.

It is absolutely delicious. K-Hamburgers really live up to the hype—I tried the shrimp burger and experienced a truly unique flavor. I highly recommend it!

I’m a huge burger fan, and I really wanted to give Lotteria a fair shot. Unfortunately, everything felt out of balance — the price, the taste, and even the service. The Bulgogi Burger was disappointing, though the Shrimp Burger was passable. But at $15, it just doesn’t make sense. With an In-N-Out right next door, Lotteria simply can’t compete. Honestly, it feels like the whole concept was put together without understanding the U.S. market.

I am sorry, it would require major menu changes to do better.

Honestly, it’s a privilege to review this place. The food was amazing — fresh and flavorful. The space was clean and well-maintained. And it’s the only place in the U.S. where you can get a Lotteria burger. It definitely hit the spot.

This place was spot on! I decided to try this spot after months of waiting from their grand opening. I enjoyed the burger I've ordered and will return to try the other items on the menu.

There used to be a long line… now I know what this place is empty… expensive & food not good. My dog didn’t even want the kids left overs and she eats everything.

Put frankly the food was terrible. The hamburger patty was dry and small. The shrimp patty was new, but it really didn’t add anything. The french fries taste better plain. When you added the sweet onion flavor into the french fries it kinda was disgusting. I thought the meals were overpriced Compared to other local establishments. I would consider this restaurant more of a novelty. If you really want a good hamburger, you’re better off going to In-N-Out Burger, habit, burger, Carl’s Jr.. I would not come back to this restaurant again. People were nice in the restaurant was clean. But as far as hamburgers go, there are way better options that taste better And have a more favorable price point.

Excellent service, friendly staff, the food is novel but savory. Unique take on burgers, would recommend the shrimp burger. Definitely will be back for more for these unique flavor profiles.
