Put frankly the food was terrible. The hamburger patty was dry and small. The shrimp patty was new, but it really didn’t add anything. The french fries taste better plain. When you added the sweet onion flavor into the french fries it kinda was disgusting. I thought the meals were overpriced Compared to other local establishments. I would consider this restaurant more of a novelty. If you really want a good hamburger, you’re better off going to In-N-Out Burger, habit, burger, Carl’s Jr.. I would not come back to this restaurant again. People were nice in the restaurant was clean. But as far as hamburgers go, there are way better options that taste better And have a more favorable price point.

Excellent service, friendly staff, the food is novel but savory. Unique take on burgers, would recommend the shrimp burger. Definitely will be back for more for these unique flavor profiles.

I got smack by the door while waiting for the restroom there is no sound warning you someone is coming out. No employee asked if I need medical assistance either.

Finally got to try this place, because when it was first open it was very popular, and of course just my opinion of my experience,
I tried the bulgogi burger and cheese fries combo: the fries comes with a cheese powder to add, not really that good, just cheese dust tasting fried, fries are generic taste nothing special, the burger was okay,it tasted like bulgogi, but I rather go to korean bbq lol, (patty pretty small idk if it's like that in korea), bun was bigger than patty, if you would like a burger to taste like korean bbq especially bulgogi then it's a place for you, it was nice to try fun new, but I will not consider going back
Maybe to try shrimp burger but then again I don't like shrimp unless it's sushi. :)
P.s also no spicy sauces or any type of condiments besides ketchup so ya'll could of done something there idk.

Wow, wow, wow! The K-Burgers at Lotteria are exquisitely sensational! I am absolutely blown away by the Bulgogi and shrimp Korean style burgers. They were both a brand new taste I had never experienced before! And, the amazing thing was -- unlike American burgers, the K-Burgers don't feel heavy after you eat. I was kinda shocked. Another impressively wow moment. The only damper is that the K-burgers seem overpriced considering how small they are but that might actually be a K-burger thing. Other than that, Lotteria is the only place where we'll eat a burger, from now on.

I tried the Bulgogi Deluxe Burger and the Bibim Rice Burger, and both were fantastic.

The Bibim Rice Burger had rice disks as patties (I know rice disks sounds odd, but there's no other way to describe them, lol), and as I was eating it, it definitely reminded me of eating an actual Bibimbap (Korean mixed rice with assorted veggies and meat).

The Bulgogi Deluxe Burger is also fantastic. The Bulgogi seasoning is instantly recognizable and is great.

I did not try the fries or the sodas, only two excellent burgers and left full and happy.

You order on some tablets and they call you out when the food is ready, so interacting with staff is minimal at best.

The whole place is clean and even the bathrooms are spotless, so points for ambiance too.

We had high expectation for this Korean fast food chain. I went with my family on a Thursday afternoon for dinner. There was a line to get in. We waited about 10 minutes and then we were able to order. We waited about half hour for our food. The restaurant is not that big and they have about 10 tables inside and some more outside. It was a hot day so most people wanted to sit inside. The food was mediocre. The French fries came with a bag of seasoning (depends if you order garlic or another flavor). The burger itself was nothing especial. Just some mayonnaise and some Korean BBQ sauce. The rice bowl that we ordered was nothing in particular. Steam rice plus some fried chicken on top. The sauce again was some Korean sauce plus mayo. The shrimp burger might have been the only thing special since other fast food chains don't have it.
Bottom line, their food is nothing to brag about and I don't think they can compete with other fast food chains which offer much better products. Skip.

Love it! I had always wondered what the hype was about, and am glad to be able to enjoy it!! Everyone seemed to like their shrimp burger, which was also great, but I preferred the Bulgogi burger, which has a unique flavor that you can't find at other burger places. The menu was a bit limited, but with their shaved ice dessert, has everything that I need. Highly recommend for people looking for a new flavor!

I stopped by Lotteria and ordered the bulgogi burger and the shrimp burger, and both were super tasty. The fries came ouu crispy, and everything tasted fresh. The place felt clean and welcoming. I wasn’t expecting much when I walked in because knew its opened recently and expected to be better than other older places, but I left genuinely impressed. If you’re in the area and craving good Korean-style fast food, this spot is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend.

Lotteria in Fullerton has quickly become one of my favorite spots in OC. The restaurant is bright and clean, the food comes out hot and fresh, and the Korean-style burgers and fries are a fun change from typical fast food.

Manager Noel deserves special recognition. He is warm, professional, and genuinely cares that every guest has a great experience. He checks on customers, answers questions about the menu, and makes you feel welcome every time you visit.

The bulgogi and shrimp burgers are especially tasty, and the seasoned fries and drinks pair perfectly with them. Portion sizes are just right, and the staff keeps the dining area tidy and organized. I will definitely keep coming back and highly recommend this location to friends and family.

I'm always happy to see an order kiosk, so I'm glad they offer them. I'm a fan of teriyaki burgers at other restaurants so if you like those, that's basically what they serve here. The only specific issue I had was the music was so loud for such a tiny building.
