I normally have had good service here, but today was a disaster, seeing other people pull up and wanting a bite.

Been going here for about 15 years and never once have I got sick. I don't like to eat at other McDonald's because I can trust this one. Also, the staff is always nice. Except for night shift sometimes they got a clueless homie working but whatcha going to do. It's night shift. Night shift and grace yard deserves easily 2x the pay for the sacrifice

They throw away all the breakfast food at 1030 when you gonin at 1025 they will wait to take your order after 1030 so they don't have to serve you breakfast customer service is so bad here they will literally ignore you for the drive through they do not seem to care about the customers inside

This McDonald's still has a little of the old vibe remaining in a good way. Still have their soda machine in the lobby unlike other locations. Staff is also available behind the counter and attentive to customers immediately unlike other locations relying entirely on kiosk with an empty lobby.

They are right next to a high school and college so they are very busy but this McDonald's is a vibe! If you're used to no lines and no one in the restaurant type McDonald's, go to Lone Pine.
When we ordered the food in app choosing table service as dine in, they give to go only and they won't serve to table. And the soda machine is not proper carbonated sometimes it is dispense like color water.

Service was great and so was the food. Turns out that they don’t have water at the fountain drinks. I don’t drink soda or juices so I wanted water and it wasn’t available at the fountain drink. So I went to the counter and I asked if they can fill my large drink with water. A young man employee was gonna fill it for me when he was stopped by a young female employee. She told him he needed to charge me for the water. So he told me I needed to pay for a large cup of water. So I told him you just took my order and I paid already for my combo and drink. I told him I don’t drink soda or any kind of juices I would love to have some water. The young lady employee then came and said “ sir you need to pay for the water “ I said yes I know but why should I pay when I paid for a fountain drink. Isn’t a fountain drink cost more than water. She said the water is a different price. So I said to her this is insane I just want water instead of soda with my food. So I apologize when I didn’t have to but that seem to please her so she told the young man employee to fill it with water. This took place September 23 at 6:51 pm. I’m never coming here again.
