Came though drive thru and I had order nuggets, I had found 2 soggy and wet nuggets in the box. My family and I think we have food poisoning. I do not recommend coming here. ABSOLUTELY DISGUST!!!

Please stop clearing orders off the in progress/now serving screen before they’re ready. While this helps you to lie to corporate about how fast you’re delivering orders, it isn’t customer friendly. Made worse here by a long wait and me having to ask three employees before anyone would even confirm that yes, it was on the way.

While the new tech is cool & all...customer service is almost non-existant! I mean if you want to know what it's like when robots take over mundane task, all you have to do is go to Mc D's & try to talk to ANYBODY on staff about ANYTHING. Then you'll know 😌. Other than that... I've been getting my food Hot! Staff should know more about the app too! Absolutely No Help there! You're on your own. Good luck 👍🏿

Better then some of the other locations, When it comes to freshness of the food. Only issue is they always make you pull to the front or park on the side for your order. So usually it takes a longer for our food.

I can smell the bathrooms through the whole dining area. The bathrooms were so disgusting I decided to hold it. The food was stale. And the girl at the counter is so high she can’t open her eyes.
