Arrived here from Pacific Palisades, ordered a cup of coffee. The copy was excellent, the people were family at the service was good, the rationals are filthy, haven't been mopped.The floor has urine smells horrible the dining room looks ok like to see more sweeping and mopping.

The staff just doesn’t care at this location! Two breakfast meals were both made with hard English muffins, not assembled as a sandwich but slapped together as a disheveled mess. No customer service, bad attitude and poor results. I drive out of my way to avoid this location.

The workers never pay attention and walk by so fast is almost impossible to ask a question. If you order sauce ALWAYS ASK. They never put it in unless you ask them. The self ordering kiosks are almost always out of receipt paper so you have to remember the order number. Often times if you dont pick up your order within about 2 minutes they’ll put it on the counter in the kitchen and you have to ask someone for it, if you can catch a worker at all.
They took the fast out of food. So unorganized. They heads were not in the game. Poor service. You can do better mcdonald's

Came though drive thru and I had order nuggets, I had found 2 soggy and wet nuggets in the box. My family and I think we have food poisoning. I do not recommend coming here. ABSOLUTELY DISGUST!!!

Please stop clearing orders off the in progress/now serving screen before they’re ready. While this helps you to lie to corporate about how fast you’re delivering orders, it isn’t customer friendly. Made worse here by a long wait and me having to ask three employees before anyone would even confirm that yes, it was on the way.
