We normally go to this spot all the time after work but recently the service was terrible. The lady at the window was rude and unfriendly. They messed up our order terribly and the soda was watered down. We love this place but the service today was awful :(

It’s been a long time since I last visited, and I had a Big Mac, French fries, and Chicken McNuggets. The overall look and texture were good, but the burger patty had a distinct meat smell that made it a bit uncomfortable to eat. Maybe it’s because I haven’t had it in such a long time! Other burger places don’t have that smell. Ordering through the kiosk was very convenient since they bring everything to your table, but the most important thing is definitely the taste. I’ll give it another try next time!

I went to order food at this location and one of the employees were in the using the toilet and he didn't even lift up the toilet seat up went all over the seat. So I went to tell the employees about it. They don't seem to care have any remorse. To apologize! That's the worst customer service ever

We went too eat there this past Friday and jam packed with middle schoolers and high schoolers and we just decided eat outside in their patio, so we waited about 20 to 25 min for our food but when I went to see our status of our food it was just sitting in the counter for idk how long, that was bad customer service

Food came out at a decent pace. However, I just wanted to get napkins to wipe down my table because they were all dirty even though they were slow. There was a guy who brought up orders and just ignored me. Terrible customer service. Then, I was given sauces that were broken and open. I had to wait even longer just to get sauce. A manager brought it to me eventually, and she was nice, but some of these employees are straight up rude. Not busy enough for me to be ignored or forgot about.
