Ordered literally two minutes before closing by accident and felt SO bad, but they still fulfilled my order and I’m so grateful they did 😭 The cookies were amazing especially the cowboy cookie, which is now my new favorite (seriously, so good). The chocolate milk was also perfect with the warm cookies. Everything was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I needed. Thank you for being so kind and making my night 🥹🍪🥛

They failed to give me the ice cream I ordered yet still charged me for it then decided to give me an item that was not requested. Maybe thats supposed to replace the missing ice cream but its not what I wanted at all.In fact, I only made the order for the ice cream. Please communicate with you costumers.

Perfection! I usually do DoorDash and they excel at packaging for delivery. I decided to Visit the store and the new employee back for school helped us and he was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. That is what customer service should be. Highly recommend the cookies never disappoint. Already thinking of my next visit!
I went there to get raisins oatmeal cookies, unfortunately they were out of stock. So I got some other kind. White chocolate. Also I got orange milk and lavender ice cream. Ice cream and milk were great. But Cookies were extremely sugary. Could not able to eat more than one piece. Why so much sugar? I hope they can make some changes in cookie’s recipe.

There is no bakery in all of Orange County. That makes better cookies.! I was driving clear to Mission Viejo to buy cookies from a bakery that used to be in Orange because they moved and I have been looking for cookies Ever since!! My daughter told me about milk and cookies restaurant and I have to tell you these cookies are absolutely the best anywhere!
