Fab, but sometimes the ice cream is runny. Sometimes they tell me the tub is fresh and not set up yet. I think they need to defrost the freezer and close the lids between scoops. Creamiest scoops around, best cookies too.

Absolutely amazing service! Came in wanting a cookie fix, tried the miniature white chocolate macadamia and the bigger size, white peanut butter. Both were phenomenal and fresh. Both were put in individual bags which was great! I love cookies, and I'm ashamed this was my first visit . I will definitely be back soon.

Decided to give the place a try, went in and was told that the main product......cookies....are cold out! The location is open until 10pm and I went in at 4pm. There's a full 6 hours to go for the operation and they are sold out?!? LOL! Ya, it's a hard pass for me to go back or recommend anyone going. If you can't even create your base product continuously through the day to meet your operational needs, I don't trust the product. It's a no for me.

Thin cookies but good. I liked the milk chocolate in the chocolate chip cookie. Theyre sweet so they paired nicely with unsweetened soy milk. I really like that i got the cookies warm and put into insulated baggies. After 30 minutes of driving the cookies were still gooey. Im definitely stopping again the next time im in the area

Wonderful little shop with delicious cookies. It is pretty popular as there was a line out the door when we arrived. Milk & Cookies is like Crumble Cookies but better. They offer a wide variety of flavors. However, once they are gone, they are gone for the night. They also offer ice cream and you can easily make an ice cream sandwich with whatever cookie you decide on. Be patient, it is worth the wait.

Usually I leave glowing reviews for the places I visit, however this evening I went to milk & cookies with my family and after the first young lady dark hair was extremely helpful, professional and kind, the second young lady with blonde hair was extremely snotty, disrespectful, combative and unprofessional. After the first young lady agreed to separate my families ice cream and cookies so the cookies would still be warm when we returned home, the second treated me as though I was trying to scam them and told me I'd have to pay for the cookies and ice cream individually, instead of paying for the ice cream sandwich. They advertise warm cookies, I wanted a warm cookie and I was treated like some kind of theif.

These are seriously the BEST cookies I've ever had, way better than Crumbl and so much cheaper. They're thin, crispy on the edges and the perfect moist and chewy in the middle. The chocolates are ooey gooey when you break them apart. The snickerdoodles surprised me, they were sooo light yet delicious! All of the flavors I tried were so good that I couldn't pick a favorite! Their lavender icecream is also AMAZING.
WOW, it pains me to say as I have always loved this place, but this last batch of cookies was not good. Oatmeal was overly sweet, salted Carmel lacked something and no salt taste. White chocolate macadamia was a bit stale tasting, actually they all were a bit stale.. anyhow this time I was not pleased.

Great place to stumble upon while eating nearby. Staff was very friendly and the cookies and ice cream we had there were awesome! The ones we took to go even after 2 days were still good too! Highly recommend

Delicious!!! Cute shop with fresh cookies and ice cream. Stopped by to try it out for a snack, chose an Oatmeal Raisin and a Cowboy cookie, both were wonderful. Service was good. I will be back.
