Decided to visit here on a whim because I was craving a California burrito. This place has 4.5 stars which is quite high for a hole in the wall Mexican spot.
Food came out fast and service was prompt.
However, I feel that the burrito was lacking with toppings. A California burrito usually has guacamole and or sour cream. I felt that the burrito was missing some type of creaminess. I wouldn’t even call it a California burrito, but an asada burrito with fries… The grilled tortilla was the highlight of this burrito.
$13 is too much and I probably will not come out of my way to eat here.
EDIT: it seems that burritos are not this places specialty. Maybe I will try out some of their more traditional Mexican dishes, but the California burrito here is a miss!

My wife and I almost always get the carne asad or bacon burrito depending on time of day. One of these keeps me full past noon for breakfast or for at least 5hrs if for lunch. The quality is obviousally good. The taste is also quite good. Not a fancy place but a local mom & pop place that serves up a better than expected product.

It’s not fancy but what great Mexican food! Best breakfast burritos! Totally Sharable because they are huge! Menudo has no hominy…I guess that’s the style of the cooks region but very flavorful !

Purchased 2 bf burritos, good size, tasted very good. Tortilla is awesome. Small place to eat so took out plus always soccer on TV in Spanish, no comprende. Service was excellent. $8 each, good for size.

Ordered a machaca breakfast burrito to go. When I got home took a bite into a potato & egg burrito. There was no meat and small amount of cheese. Called Molcasalitas to let them know and they dismissed my complaint. I've been there before and it had MEAT I guess they don't need the business. I would not recommend this establishment unless you want a egg and potato burrito.
