They're not even open anymore and it looks like they haven't been for a while with all of the mail that's stuffed in the door. How about have a little bit of decency let people know you're out of business before they waste their time diving over to you.

Looks like they’re temporarily closed or completely closed. They took my online order and when I showed up, closed with a tonnn of mail in the door. I guess the last review from a week ago was their last day. How they took another 2 people’s money is crazy, hopefully the maps are changed to show it soon.

Will never return, frozen fries and flavorless chilli. Not sure how this place is still in business.

Closed??? I placed an online order at 3pm, went to go pick it up, and it looks like the entire location closed up permanently. There's a ton of mail in the doorframe, so it had to be a while. I was the third online order, so they took 2 other customer's money as well!! This is super unacceptable and I already contacted Toast for a refund. Their phone line is completely dead too, no voicemail. It's usually such great food, but now I can't even order it.

Food was on point and plenty flavorful. Young man working the front was extremely polite and helpful. I went with his suggestion and was not disappointed.Regular fries with Garlic honey, lemon garlic, cheese and fried chicken. We will definitely be back.

Got the lemon garlic crab and shrimp Pros:-portion is very good! I got the Jr box and it was filling-they don't skimp on the crab and shrimp (at least 10 shrimps in the mini box and lots of real crab too)Cons:- sooo oily... I don't know what happened but the guy must've accidentally dumped a whole bottle of oil in because there was enough oil to soak through the bottom half of the container and still pool in the box (bottom layer of fries sit in a pool of oil)-not sure if I can justify a $30 price tag on just fries (I think I've gotten lobster fries at other places for a similar or even cheaper price)Overall average experience 3/5

We were originally planning to go to the LA location a few days prior, but that didn't pan out, so we decided to check out this location for redemption.Wow. Pretty disappointing.SERVICE - this was pretty bad. We came in between lunch/dinner rush, but man. Idk if the guy the register was having a bad day, or what. Right from taking our order, I could tell something was going to go wrong. He did not look he wanted to be there, which, I understand, but c'mon. Then I saw the guy burn the grilled chicken, throw it away, and then say they don't have anymore. So I had to go with fried chicken. He was a one-man show, so I understood having to wait. Few minutes later, a girl came in to take over. No wonder, he was minutes from his shift ending. She hustled and tried to make things right from the mess he kinda made.FOOD - for the price we paid, yes, it's a lot of food, but DEFINITELY not worth it when it comes to the flavor. It's just generic, almost bland taste. The Nashville chicken sauce was NOT Nashville-like.PRICE - just too much for what it is. It's definitely a late-night munchies kinda food if you're willing to front this bill.Overall - I most likely won't return, but giving the extra star for the benefit of the doubt that the guy had a bad day.

Not much to say here expect this place is highly overpriced but for no reason. I gave it a try on a whim and glad that I did so I can put it bed. The fries aren’t amazing enough to match what they charge plus the toppings are just there. Example: I got the Nashville Hot Chicken fries. It was just a bed of fries with bigger-than popcorn chicken and some sauce on the top.

Never coming here again. it was my first time it looked and sounded good then when I ate it it was good but I regretted it later on. I went home feeling sick and I drank soemthing to make me feel better. It gave me diarrhea first. It next made me throw up. The food did not digest at all it was just sitting on my stomach waiting.

Really cool atmosphere, grab and go style, trendy, super nice employees, bomb fries. Love the articles on the wall it makes you feel good to support a local business instead of going to a fast food chain to buy their fries. Come here!

The single employee by himself whole heartedly cared that I was completely happy with my meal. He alone sold and prepared my meal and walked out while I was eating to make sure I l loved everything. I loved everything. Thank you

Let me start with, this place is legit. Husband and I were running errands in the area and on a whim check this place out. Parking is in the back, and it's next to subway and a boba place. And now for what you came here to read, the food. DELICIOUS. All captials, no stuttering. They only have fries but that's what matters here right? My husband ordered the chicken bacon parmesean and I ordered the honey garlic steak and shrimp with fried chicken added. I can't tell you how the chicken bacon parm was because my husband Wolfed it down before we got home, but mine was absolutely mind blowing. The steak was cooked perfectly and perfect cuts, the shrimp was fresh and cooked perfectly and didn't leave that fishy tast like at some places. The chicken. The chicken was crispy and crunchy and juice all at the same time *chef's kiss* The honey garlic sauce had the perfect balance of tangy and sweet with a little bit of spice and complimented and brought together everything that was going on. I suggest getting well done fries if you want more of a crunch but it's perfect on its own. I also ordered the smack sauce on the side. Spicy and sweet and makes the honey garlic sauce rise to a new level. It's a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth the culinary Master piece that is mr. Fries man. The owner who was there even approached us and struck up a nice conversation. He is super warm and welcoming and we're definitely putting this on our roster for quick meals during the week. Thanks Craig! You got two new life long customers to add to your fan club!

Visit: first time, December 2022Price: $27.57 (lemon garlic shrimp and crab, junior size)I didn't really consider having crab and shrimp on fries before, but it was tasty. It does *feel* like it takes awhile to gather a loaded fry order together. There was one customer in front of me that waited for a little bit. I hopped over to the tea house to grab a boba while I waited and was more than half way done when my order became ready. The fries were fine, nothing notable. They're regular fries. I know there were comments about the toppings being too salty, but they were well seasoned when I went. OVERALL IMPRESSION: I am not sure who the audience is because the pricing is a little steep, minus one star for overall value. The shrimp and crab I believe is one of the most expensive items on the menu, if not the most expensive. I would be open to returning and trying a different flavor though!
