Juices are watered down, meaning the cup is literally at least half water, or more. I was disappointed to see the first step is to fill a pitcher with water and pour it into the juicing machine. Yes they use fresh fruit and veggies, but you don't need to add any water. I juice at home and can see AND taste the difference. We ordered multiple juices and they all tasted watered down. I also watched them make the juices and they used far less fruit/vegetables than I use at home. Tasted fine, but tasted watered down.

I’ve been coming here for the past couple years for an occasional protein smoothie or açaí bowl and I always have a great experience. Their online ordering system runs smoothly and it’s easy to customize your order if you want (and they always get my order right!) I tried the oatmeal today and it was the best oatmeal ever!

Just wanted to make a comment about yesterdays drop in to grab an açaí bowl. I came in because I was craving one and the little cashier boy was talking with his girl co worker over my bowl so much. He couldn’t just wait to talk after the work was done. Don’t know if spit flew into my açaí bowl; but that’s pretty nasty and gross and unprofessional. I get it it’s work and you’re bored; but have some respect for customers that are paying money it’s not free for an açaí bowl. The service used to be good here.. I haven’t been back in awhile and now I see that they just hire people who are careless and selfish. Sad

And yes it has been sitting for over 30 mins because I took that picture after I got home from your place. Recommendation-you shouldn’t add water to fresh squeezed juices.

Horrible service and experience today. Note that I've been coming here for years. They have good juices, smoothies, and bowls. But today was just not it. I came in at 8:15 p.m. to order and was told they were only taking orders online. Okay, cool, I ordered online. 10 min later, they started letting people order inside the store. What exactly changed in those 10 minutes? Did you guys get more workers to xome help close the shift for the remaining 35 minutes or so? Okay, no biggie, back luck of the draw for me, I guess. Waited for 45 minutes for my order. Never received a message or call. Finally, after the last person who entered and ordered after me was served, they asked how can we help you. I've been waiting 45 minutes for my order. The worker said, "Next time, let us know cause we get busy." Uhmmm....okay, I get it. You get busy. But how are you going to tell me to order online, and then 10 minutes later, you let an influx of about 10 people order inside. And then you dont even bother to call or send a message to let the customer know the order is ready???? What's the point of ordering online if you dont get a notification by text atleast. Maybe dont have people order online if you dont have a notification feature that goes along with that. As I'm leaving I hear the workers say "oh we forgot...." The least they could've done is offered me complimentary smoothie for next time.

I came to location on Sunday 4/23 at 6:30pm I asked for a medium size mango melody I waited for 20 minutes . I was watching the lady make my drink I don’t know if she was stressed or in a rush but she made my drink a small so she dumped my drink back in the blender and put more juice which my drink so watery it didn’t taste right at all . But I didn’t make a big deal because I didn’t want to wait more . Next time it’s better to just says you messed up and i could have took the small rather than messing up the whole drink .
