These fresh hand-pulled noodles live up to their hype-- THICC, chewy, bouncy, slurpy heaven; let me tell ya about it ! We FINALLY were able to stop by Noodle St. for a late lunch Saturday afternoon after having bookmarked them for years ! We are huge fans of The Magic Noodle in Vegas and haven't quite found anything closer to home comparable to them.. until now !! Parking lot is huge and shared between a few other businesses and we had no trouble finding a spot . We were greeted right away by the hostess, which also happens to be our waitress-- she offered a table inside the restaurant which was about 80% full, but we opted to sit outside, OF COURSE (: --It was a gorgeous slightly-sunny day and there were about 5 tables outside with only one other table occupied . I took a look at the menu and honestly wanted to order one of everything lol-- Here's what we ate: POTATO STRING SHRIMP (5 pieces): literally like shoestring fries wrapped around shrimp ! Cwispy exterior, chewy potatoe middle, then shrimp in the center-- basic, yet such a unique and fun bite . Shrimp could've been more plump or serving could've been more plentiful . Served with a sweet and sour sauce which was mediocre compared to the actual appetizer-- Ask for the chili oil tray to spice things up ! 6.5/10 BONE-IN RIB RICE NOODLE SOUP: We opted for the triangle cut noodles for this entree and it was like one super, SUPERRR long noodle in the soup which made it such an exciting slurp and bite . This was a flavorful pho broth which really hit the spot . Served steaming hot and garnished with herbs with two massive meaty bones-- we definitely got our gnawing on lol; the meat was tender and fall off the bone. Highly recommend !! 10/10 JAPANESE MISO NOODLE SOUP: This was a play on ramen soup which turned out to be just okay to me. The broth was a little underwhelming compared to the bone-in rib soup . We also got the triangle cut noodles for this entree . I did like the thinly sliced char sui . Egg could've been more jammy-- it was hard boiled . If you're looking for a more plain broth, I'd get this one . 5/10 BEEF STIR FRY NOODLES: we added shrimp to this entree for an additional $4 because we wanted some surf and turf action and it did not disappoint ! I opted for knife cut noodles and it has to be my fav-- irregular strands of thick, chewy, and bouncy noodles -- so heavenly ! The flavor in this stir fry was smokey, savory, slightly gingery, umami and the vegetables paired all well-- reminded me of chow fun sauce . Love the use of kale, onions, and bell peppers . Mushrooms would've knocked this one out of the park !! Highly recommend 10/10 . Overall, we had an excellent experience . Our waitress was wonderful, clean environment, and food came out really quick and delicious for being so busy . We definitely will be regulars from here on out . I need to be back to try everything else on the menu next time-- particularly the spicy beef noodle soup because that's what I would've ordered if I had brought my Tums lol

Knife cut noodles, a fresh stir fry, a clean and friendly environment, what isn't to like? Highly recommend getting the build your own noodle stir fry with their knife cut noodles because you will be in for a treat. Chewy, thick cut perfection with a salty, yet slightly sweet wok flavor. Just the right amount of char to bring out the fragrance of the dish. My second time back here after nearly 5 years and the quality managed to stay consistent. Wonderful servers who keep your glass more than half full, with enough attention to make you feel welcomed. The other appetizers like the beef roll and xiao long bao were great, but the star of the show is definitely those knife cut noodles. It should be easy to give a tasty place a first try!

Coming from the SGV, I would always see how packed Noodle St was in Westfield Santa Anita mall--so I never bothered to go However, we were in the Fullerton area for lunch and decided why not! And I wish I had done so sooner, because their menu of Chinese classics are solid and service was excellent! We ordered the signature spicy beef noodle soup and the savory beef roll. The knife cut noodles had this amazing density and chewiness to it, while the beef roll was crispy and packed with flavor

one of my favorite noodle restaurants ever!!! i've been coming here for years, either with my family and/or my boyfriend, and it's always been a favorite of ours! the quality has always been consistent and the service is always amazing! the servers are very attentive and quick! we usually come during off hours so it's never too busy but tonight we came during dinner on a thursday night and it was a full house but the wait was really short still and the service was still amazing. my favorite has always been the dan dan noodles but recently, i've been loving the chicken noodle soup. i always order my soups with thick cut and it always tastes freshly made. personally, the best appetizers are their cucumber salad and their pan-fried pork buns! they always hit so well. for a drink, you can never go wrong with their passionfruit green tea. i love this place so much and probably will forever.

Just had this spot. Husband ordered the shrimp stir fry noodle & it was so good! So much flavor! I ordered the beef noodle soup & was disappointed with how little to no flavor there was. It tasted like I was just eating hot water with noodles in it. I've had different broths & I normally love all broths but this one was just lacking flavor. Although the noodle consistency was good it just needed flavor to it. Service was great & staff were nice. Would come back here but wouldn't get soup.

Wanted to update this review from last year 2023. Returned yesterday to a wonderful meal and quick and attentive service. Ate the Beef roll pancake. We would recommend this restaurant.

I visited during a weekday lunch and was satisfied with both the food and service. I would suggest the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup over their Signature Beef Noodle Soup as it is more reminiscent of what I had growing up. The Signature was much lighter/less flavorful and more "herby" according to my mom. - Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (10/10) - Beef Roll Pancake (9/10) - Scallion Pancake (6/10) Overall, an amazing restaurant with hospitable and kind staff! I would highly recommend for students, families, and even for a solo meal.

Parking is super easy to find. We went inside and there is never a wait. We always order the rolls with beef in them and noodles. The food is always fire. Customer service is very fast and everyone is very attentive. We were struggling with our noodles and the waiter brought us scissors. The ambiance is amazing I love this place so much!!!

We went here with a group of 26 and the service was so quick and amazing. The spicy beef noodle soup was so delicious, it felt like I was eating it straight from Taiwan! I love this restaurant and would make the journey back here from San Diego. I highly recommend this establishment!! Shout out to the chefs

OMG! No picture, NO NEED! This was an amazing night. I love noodles and have been wanting some, so finally I just pick. This was the cleanest big bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup! No grease or oil, which the part I dislike. The broth was so clean and clear. I tested it straight from the separate container. I didn't order veggies because this was new to so I passed, which I regret now. NOODLES were perfect. This dinner was picture perfect and tastes. 10 out 10! Hasn't been a week and I'm going for the beef and veggies! Homemade Noodles does get any better!!! Also they are not afraid to give sour cream sauce, chili and utensils...this asking for napkins is ridiculous!! There's a place that sells teriyaki bowls and you have to ask sauce and napkins etc. ENJOY!!

So good and great service, the food was delicious and fresh. The house special noodle soup was customizable so if you don't like spicy you can still have it.

Visited this place again after 3 years. Food quality has changed. Spicy beef noodle Tastes salty and cheap. Lot of MSG. Appetizer dumplings came out when we were 1/2 way done with our noodles. Employee says something about how it takes long but can't understand his English, Lol. Steaming dumplings shouldn't take more than 3 minutes. They forgot the order haha. Idiots. I probably won't be coming back. Nothing special here.
