Don't go especially if u have a group of people you will not eat together. We had a large group and waited 45 minutes for first plates to come out. Two people then 10 minutes later 2 more people. Then about 20 minutes later a few more plates. It was at least a hour from first plate to last plate to come out. I've never had this type of experience in any other restaurant. It was 126 dollars for 4 plates of food and three sodas. Ok food nothing to write home about or recommend. Since long wait would of been nice to have chips in salsa as we waited, but nope nothing offered. Anyway won't return.

🤑🤑🤑 from the name they have it wrong, I asked for a donkey and it was more rice and bean than meat , I had no taste, I had craved some tacos and naa, there is no appearance of 🌮 the place already a couple of years ago I visited it and if it had a little more flavor 🤔 the agacate was already a little past

Ordered 3 meals and had it delivered by Uber Eats. One of the meals was missing from the order. I called the restaurant and the woman that answered the phone didn’t seem to care. She never apologized for the missing food or offered anything other than to say you can get a refund through the service you placed the order with and hung up the phone. This was our first time ordering anything at this restaurant or via Uber Eats. Needless to say we are very disappointed with both of them. Food was mediocre and to top it off, I found a hair in my beans halfway through eating the meal.
I haven't been to Palapas in a while. I forgot how great the food was. I had the steak and shrimp ? ? a little surf and turf, and it was awesome ? service was great I love it, and don't get me started on the tacos just right Thank you Palapas

Best food I had in a long time. The chile for birria tacos was spicy and delicious. Everything my mother and I ate there was delicious. We had guacamole and chips, we split three Birria tacos, and we each grab something separate. I had the carne asada plate it was delicious, made fresh, and was with big pieces of meat enough to fill you. My mom had the chilaquiles (verdes)with egg. She loved it . It was a very good way to celebrate her 55th birthday. My brother and I have been coming to Palapas for a while, and when he passed away two days after his birthday on 06/16/2021, I never wanted to go back. But, on 09/12/2024. It was time to bring me back to this place, and here they never disappoint ! Head out to this place and show it love and respect the cook there. It was my first time and the wait to get in was worth it. If you are impatient like me I promise you it will be worth it. The guys' service is super attentive and friendly. The pot coffee is the best. The chiquiles and Birria are great

The food here was above and beyond our expectations... Absolutely delicious! We had a party of 9 on a Friday for brunch. We were promptly seated, and our drink order was taken right away. Our service was wonderful, the drinks were well made, and the food was great. A definite must try when in Fullerton!
