Came in around 1 PM on 11/7/2025. The team is doing a fantastic job but I seriously think they are being overworked. I saw the manager trying to help cut up the teriyaki chicken fast for a catering tray while the cooks are trying to handle a whole orange chicken catering tray and push out out fried rice right after plus a long line of customers and mobile orders. They need to cap something off or I foresee that their employees are gonna get overwhelmed.

This location is highly incompetent. They run around like chicken with their heads cut off however are very inefficient. Still waiting for my mobile order that was supposed to be ready 25 minutes ago. These people are clueless

Worst Panda Express you can go to. Joanne is a terrible worker and has no proper communication skills. She needs to be fired and never work at another Panda Express again. Only provided half of the portion sizes for the orange chicken, had to tell her to increase the portion sizes because they were not even at the level of the box. She argued with me and said I have to charge you more for it. Why would I pay for something that I did not fully receive. Very cheap and skimpy with the portions and has a bad attitude. Left with no food because of terrible experience and shady business practices. If you see Joanne run far away from this Panda Express and go to another one.

Horrible service I stood in line and got skipped not once, but twice, then all the way until 4 customers later... Sad love Panda just not these employees working at 8:50 p.m the the audacity the manager has to try to justify her employees lack of effective communication skills. Don't eat here, or go here until the manager gets trained again or moves on respectfully. Yiu all know I dont write bad reviews.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Panda Express. My food was 40 minutes late—completely unacceptable for a fast food place. To make matters worse, when I tried to bring this up, the manager on duty, Anastasia Macias, was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. She didn’t even try to understand the issue or offer any sort of apology. She also denied to refund my money.It felt like customer service was the last thing on her mind. I expected better from a place like Panda Express, but this experience has definitely made me think twice before ever coming back.
Ordered plate with orange chicken(delicious as usual), firecracker steak and shrimp(only 2 baby shrimps and the steak was chewy and mild flavor during cooking process) and half chow mein(tastes old and dry and stale) and fried rice(horrible-dry with no flavor). I know I shouldn’t expect to much but I’ve been to yummier locations.

Ana is a great. Had to wait because they ran out of a food I had ordered and she was very polite, honest and professional on explaining the problem and finding a solution. PANDA CORP. SHOULD MAKE HER A DISTRICT MANAGER or at least Increase her pay. Thanks again Ana
