To make your in house customers wait and watch the line grow to a ridiculous size while you utilize all of your front house staff to fulfill a large call in order is asinine. Learn how to productively manage your staff., making several customers wait in excess of 15+ minutes while you service one order for delivery/pick up is very poor management/customer service.

Ordered food thru Uber. No problem there. When I got the food it was dry, tasted old. Will go to another Panda Express, never to this one again.
I went to this location on April 27, 2005. The store was clean, neat and inviting. The teriyaki chicken I got was well cooked and tasty. The best thing about this trip was the service. A young girl (I think her name was Yesenia) served me. She was doing 3 things at once, never stopped working and still treated me with kindness and enthusiasm. I hope her manager sees this review.

The woman manager wearing a black uniform and glasses is not a good manager. Last time I came here, I asked for a plate, and she told everyone that they had run out of plates and could only serve in small containers. This is ridiculous—how can they run out of plate containers? Isn’t she responsible for keeping track of this?
And today, I came again. She is trying to move too fast, speaks very quickly, and is not respectful to the employees at all. This person should definitely not be a manager.
