This is one of my most favorite Paneras. Definitely Number 1 in Orange County, i have a thing with laptops and coffee shops. This one definitely has the vibe. The staff is always upbeat with smiles all around. Food is as it should be, coffee always on tap fresh and hot. Going to miss this place after i finish my projects for sure. Know that this place is a staple in my advancement in my career/projects.

Over $12 dollars for a half sandwich french Ciabatta Dipper & 1oz chips, sandwich looked NOTHING like the picture below ( what a scam), 1/2 piece Bread with 1/2 a piece cheese and a 1/4 cup of steak chucks not slices of beef. I had to open the sandwich to find the 6 chucks of meat and 1/2 slice of cheese. Barely 1/4 cup of french onion soup. The quality and lack of quantity was not worth the $12.

This Panera is very dirty. I was very uncomfortable eating here. It really shows that the owner does not care. The benches and chairs are stained and in disrepair. You can tell the windows have not been cleaned in a long time. I would stay away.

I hope the manager for the young lady working tonight sees this. Not only has she been super polite and friendly, which I greatly appreciate, especially while blind, I took of my contact lenses as I’m tracking a lil break doing legal research all day. And she somehow convinced me to sign up for an account, sold me on the $14 a month coffee or drink club, wow, what a deal. I was a Starbucks fan, still am but Panera just won me over. I thought it was pricey at first, but this young lady, very non chalantly was informative and not pushy.. and sold me on a great product.. offers,and funny thing I asked her for a tip jar, and she proudly told me their pay rate, kudos to PANERA.. on a great concept, offers. ,more importantly, on selecting a great candidate who one of these days will be a franchise owner or executive. Trainee.. rarely do I do this, just felt the corporation should know what a great team member they have.. NOW A PANERA FAN, Bill Tovar, CDUF CLASS OF 1995. Last to play for TITAN FOOTBALL

Please renovate the dinning room or at least some heavy duty cleaning. The furniture is ripped and old, there are stains on the carpet. I’ve seen school cafeterias more appealing than this place.

Avoid ordering any sandwich at this place, unless you think spending $15 for one single deli slice of meat with 1 slice of cheese between two pieces of bread is a good deal. You can get actual full meals of better quality than this place for less. The soup, though outrageously priced, wasn't too bad. There are so many better ways to spend your hard earned money; this is just a waste.
