Placed large order for take out. Had a 20% off coupon. The counter girl did not give me my discount when I asked about she told me she can’t do anything about it , had to wait for manager. No manager on site. Waiting for call from manger - still. All dispensaries for napkins were empty. The rests room were dirty and messy. Was told they were short staffed. As always. This is the worst Panera’s around! We will never go to that location again. Pathetic!

Worst Panera service I've been in. First we ordered the duet which in other locations is only 7.99 each, here they charged us 9.50 each. I asked for 2 cups for hot water. The cashier I guess charged us for 1 cup of tea, when i asked about it she said, they charged us for the cups as 1 tea. I personally think she made a mistake and just won't own up to it. It took a long time, so i asked her again why she didn't give us a pager, she checked and she marked us for to go. Oh my, what a start for the year, maybe the cashier was still sleepy or on medication. So sad, worst panera service I've been in, and i love panera :(
