Order thru doordash, manager said don’t have my order, money already cut from my bank, I told him that I can write the order for them, he said he have to see it on his own. Really! When I drive out, doordash text me that order ready to pick up. Got service from Manager that unprofessional and not nice at all!I willing to pay other place that be happy to service me, want to take money and give me my food.

I've only been to this location about 3 or 4 times. I will be coming to this location a lot more. Everyone is pretty much nice here, especially the managers. I normally go to the industry location, but they aren't as welcoming or friendly.

Excellent location parking accident prone patio seating sometimes noisy large groups sometimes shows up bringing their own seating sometimes people bring their own food and hygiene not strictly enforced staff is great some really good people work there very accommodating great menu freshness maintained love it my fav Panera store ?

For it being a four star restaurant, it took very long to make my drinks. I ordered at 1:32 PM and they got my drink at 2 PM. They barely started making it because I had to remind them. They said that they didn’t get the order when really I had ordered And double checked to make sure that they were getting my order very upset because this is one of my favorite places to go I won’t go anymore because of how long they take just to make drinks.

Somehow I loved panera for several resin first is silent atmosphere and cost to spend sometime with pals and food here is qualitative and coffee is really awesome . Hazelnut and decadent is my all time fav. On the pricing factor it’s a costly

The food quality has declined significantly, especially for how overpriced they are. I wish they would use more care and quality when making the food. The bread I received (tunas sandwich bread and bread bowl) was all very hard and crumbled, not in a good way. Their soup has definitely been a hit or miss more often now. The French onion tastes heavily of soy sauce and was hard to eat. I think I just need to stop coming to Paneras all together. Save myself money and from disappointment.
Take out order: I was excited to try the chicken teriyaki, and sadly it soggy, lukewarm, and way too much sauce. I ordered a chocolate brownie and to my disappointment when I looked for it in my bag once I finished my lunch it was not in the bag! Service was not great. Food was not great. Overall, very disappointing experience.

I love Panera, but the bread should have been heated. Also, I think it would be neat if they had prettier cutlery. I guess I'd prefer a disposable. I will always return for the green tea, especially since I'm on the yearly subscription for the Sip Club.

I love this Panera! I go here all the time to study and get work done in-between classes. The food is delicious and the employees are always super sweet, welcoming, and helpful! Great atmosphere for studying. Great location!
