Warning: Misleading Pricing & Consumer Deception I had a truly unpleasant experience at this Panera Bread. The “You Pick 2” menu clearly listed a salad for $7.99. I ordered the salad and added a small cup of black coffee — nothing else. When I checked out, the total was $20.99 after tax, which made no sense at all. When I asked about it, the staff responded with a rude and dismissive attitude, saying it was because I “chose a sandwich.” But I never ordered a sandwich! This is clearly misleading advertising and unfair charging. It felt like consumer deception, and the staff’s attitude made it worse. Panera should take responsibility for training employees properly and displaying accurate, transparent pricing to avoid misleading customers. Extremely disappointed. I won’t be returning until this issue is addressed.
The service was very good. I ordered something wrong on the Tablets and they made a new sandwich and where very understanding and super fast with it. The store was mostly clean and quite empty and the food was as always.

I use to be such a lover of panera!!! But, this location is horrible!!! Stinks inside and they covered outlets to charge your phone or laptop, so now if your a paying customer, you cannot chill, eat, and be on a device because they covered most of the outlets!! We'll I will not longer be a customer of Panera's, they have gone downhill in a major way!!!

Ordered the French dipper, lemonade, and a cookie. The French dipper was tasteless( The beef was underseasoned and had no flavor, even the bread was bad) The service was inattentive, and they took an extremely long time. I won’t be coming back. My advice- Stay away.

Nice looking place. My 16 dollar sandwich was slim on the beef and had a strange sweet tasting sauce. My friends chicken sandwich fell apart when she picked it up.

This Panera is an absolute joke. The general manager clearly has no business working in customer service. She was rude, unhelpful, and acted like basic questions were an inconvenience. When I asked for a recommendation, she rolled her eyes and gave an attitude like I was wasting her time.
The wait was ridiculously long for food that looked and tasted like it had been sitting out. Zero attention to quality. The whole place reeked of sour mop water, like they just swished dirty water around and called it clean. It was genuinely disgusting.
If this is the leadership running the store, it explains everything—bad attitude, poor service, and no standards. I wouldn’t eat here again if the meal was free. Do better.

We placed an order online and it we selected to be ready at 6:55pm on the app. The app moved it to 7:40pm. We cancelled the order and decided to make the order in person. The drive thru cashier didn’t want to take any $100 bills. Our bill was $125 and we only had 2 bills. They refused to take our $100 bills. So we were really disappointed. This location sucks. It looked empty and they were trying to make us wait over 1 hour for our app order. Plus they didn’t want to take our $100 bills. Smh avoid this location

The chicken noodle soup was so gross. There was hardly any broth. It was super thick and tasted kinda tangy and sour. And the noodles were brown. The entire “soup” looked dark/brown. Noodles are supposed to look light, kinda like a butter yellow color, these were not it. And no it wasn’t the wild rice soup, it was the chicken noodle but it looks like they scraped whatever was at the bottom of the pot. I’m glad the employee was nice &gave me back my money. Won’t be ordering from here for a while.

Melinda is a total sweetheart!
I just recently had the Mediterranean Salad with grain and it was delicious! I came back and ordered the half chicken salad sandwich and half Mediterranean Salad (love that this is an option) and spoke with the KINDEST gal named Melinda. She was patient while I asked questions about the bread options and so darn sweet when I got to the window. Panera is lucky to have this gem on their team. My faith in great Customer service has been restored. Thank you Melinda for a wonderful little chat and awesome drive thru experience.
