Melinda is a total sweetheart!
I just recently had the Mediterranean Salad with grain and it was delicious! I came back and ordered the half chicken salad sandwich and half Mediterranean Salad (love that this is an option) and spoke with the KINDEST gal named Melinda. She was patient while I asked questions about the bread options and so darn sweet when I got to the window. Panera is lucky to have this gem on their team. My faith in great Customer service has been restored. Thank you Melinda for a wonderful little chat and awesome drive thru experience.
This is a very nice location. Very nice staff. Nice atmosphere. The food was very good. I have the Sips membership and love the convenience of stopping in to get a drink and today ordered food as well. The tomato soup was great and cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich was really good.
For some reason, Wi-Fi has been so slow.. I don't know why they haven't fixed it yet. I would have to go to a different branch not here if we really need fast Wi-Fi.
It’s the worst Panera bread I’ve been to. The French onion soup was too watery, and the sandwich was too dry. They never have the right bread for the sandwich. I have to substitute with something something different however my taste but was looking forward to the original sandwich.
The WiFi here is so bad and slow.
I used to come here to work on some stuff.
I told the manager about it three times, but they didn’t change it.
Please let me know when you upgrade your WiFi.
We called about an inedible item and they refused to understand that it looked like it was tampered with as if someone was eating it and they just send over the remaining piece that they had left. Very bad phone service. Not gonna order from here again.
It's January 11, 2025. I visited in the afternoon. I've seen the manager nagging at the employees. I've also noticed that he tried to educate customers. I didn't expect panera manager to educate customers. His personality doesn't seem to match the customer expectations. It seems like he is already very serious and anxious. He wants customers to meet his expectations and behave accordingly. It was unpleasant experience

I had a fantastic experience at Panera Bread, especially with their Unlimited Sip Club! I didn’t order any food this time, but the unlimited refills on drinks made my visit so enjoyable. The app made it super easy to check in and get my drinks without any hassle. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. I tried a few different beverages, and I loved being able to refill as much as I wanted! It’s such a great deal and made my time there even more relaxing. Highly recommend the Unlimited Sip Club for anyone who loves a good drink and great service!
Thanks to the beautiful young lady named Dez, my order is perfect. She always has a nice smile and is happy with the customer.
Employes from the kitchen may be deaf. I went to the window to ask for water cups since they were out. The lady preparing the orders heard me but didn't look at me or acknowledged my presence. Cash register where I ordered my food was deserted, nobody was there. Finally this guy came out and was the only one who helped me. Coffee tasted like water. It used to be good but obviously they try to save money and make it extra light. I think won't come back again.
