It's bad enough paying $7 for a 16 oz Cinnamon Crunch "latte" but the time it took to get it, combined with the fact that it was LITERALLY hot milk with a hint of cinnamon - no flavor, no coffee - makes it so much worse. I guess there's a reason I never eat at Panera.

Ohhhhh myyyy goddd, I pulled into Panera at 8:30 IN THE MORNING for a drink since I'm part of the sip club, low and behold their drinks are all expired :(!!!! I didn't notice until I was driving away to work, it's sooo upsetting. Like ugghhh! Literally 8 in the morning which means the drinks were left out from the night before, I called and was a Karen about it, the girl said they do expire today but not till later, it doesn't matter, people should do quality checks regardless of what the sticker says. They wore my name down and said I'd be receiving a free pastry, hopefully because this really Just ruined my day

One bite into the sandwich & realized the paper that the cheese is usually wrapped in is on the sandwich??? Also the drive thru took forever lol dont waste your money like us

It's mostly self service. The silverware is beat up but clean. Food is the same as every other Panera. Lunch time only had a few other people dining in so it's a decently quiet spot.

My recent visit to Panera was less than satisfactory, warranting a 2-star review. Unfortunately, several factors contributed to this disappointing experience.Upon arriving to pick up my order, I encountered an issue that set the tone for the visit. My order was not ready, and when an employee finally addressed me, our conversation was rudely interrupted by another customer's needs. It took an unnecessarily long time to regain the employee's attention.By the time I was re-acknowledged, my food had been ready the entire time I stood there waiting. While they were apologetic about the wait, the overall experience had already been marred.To add to the disappointment, when I arrived home, I discovered that my chicken sandwich was the spicy variety, which I cannot handle. Additionally, my order was missing the chips I had expected.The only reason this review is not a one-star rating is the fantastic charged lemonade, which I absolutely loved. Furthermore, the rest of our large order was correct, which is a basic expectation that was met.One major issue that compounded the experience was the parking situation. The presence of reserved parking spaces for Amazon Fresh and another six spots reserved for the Thai place next door, in an already limited parking lot, made finding a parking spot a frustrating ordeal.In conclusion, my recent trip to Panera was far from satisfactory. Issues with order readiness, an interruption during service, incorrect items in my order, and parking challenges all contributed to this disappointing visit. While the charged lemonade was a bright spot, it wasn't enough to salvage the overall experience. Panera should consider addressing these issues to improve customer satisfaction.

This is another location I frequent when I'm in the area, usually once or twice a day. This location also has a friendly drive thru crew. I love my Unlimited Sip Club subscription and they know it! Keep it up!
