Horrible service gave my pizza to another customer and rudely asked if I wanted my money back or what! Won't ever go to this store again. Just asked customer service if they can do something. Ordering from a different store they said they can't do anything. Pretty much they don't care. Just lost a customer.

I ordered pizza dipping sauce with our bread sticks. We didn't receive the sealed containers, we received plastic containers they fill in-store. The sauce, from what I can tell, was rancid. It smelled like vinegar, or fermentation, and burned my tongue. I spit it out. My girlfriend, however, consumed it.
I called the manager at this store and she claimed to have tried 2 others and that they didnt smell or taste bad. Then, she basically told me nothing can be done about it, and seemed to indicate it could only have been mine, as the others "are fine" and she has no idea what could have possibly happened.
My girlfriend thought beer, or some sort of alcohol, had been mixed in it. I was going to call the police at that point, the only reason I didn't is that I googled what bad tomato sauce smells and tastes like. Sure enough, vinegar/fermented smell. So this was rancid food that had been sitting in this store for god knows how long.
Allowing the store to fill dipping containers, rather than selling sealed containers from papa johns, is insane. From my conversation with the manager, either my sauce is rancid, meaning several others in the store are as well, or someone directly tampered with mine.
I've had opened jars of tomato sauce refrigerated in my home for months and never had this happen, to give you some idea of how old this had to have been. My guess is they kept filling new ones and putting them on top of old ones. There's no dates on these containers, so they have no clue how old they are, or when they might expire.
I'm keeping the sauce they gave me refrigerated for the next 24 hours. If my girlfriend ends up having some sort of gastric distress, they're going to have some serious problems legal problems. I will NEVER be ordering from this location again. I'm probably done as a papa johns customer in general.
I was offering a refund of the 90 cents i spent on the extra dipping sauce. This person sold rancid food to the public then shrugged it off oike "what do you want me to do about it?"...I don't even have words for this.
I'll be contacting the health department about this location.

I used to order from here all the time and it was always solid. For the past year, the pizza has not been good, the toppings have become very minimal, and my order is sometimes completely wrong. I've had enough. I'm not coming back here anymore.

Ordered delivery. Food came to the door warm. Delivery person was nice. Forgot an order so I had to send someone to pick up the missing order.
Vegetarian options: For strict vegetarians, not sure this place would suffice. They have one work area and the equipment is shared including the conveyor belt through the oven. For vegetarians who are ok with food passing through common areas, then then the place is pretty good for vegetables or cheese pizza.
Parking: Off hours is best. Pizza place is in a busy plaza along with eateries and Seven Leaves. No eating space here so only pickup or delivery.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Management that can't run a business and have a multitude of excuses. I placed an order on Friday night knowing delivery times could be long. Initially my wait time was 41min it took 1hour and 11min for it to be delivered. No problem, but then to relieve cold food and wrong items, not ok. On top, when calling management and them seeing in black and white what I ordered and provide excuses on why the just substituted with other items even worse. This being the second time they have done this makes it aparantthat that management at this location has no grasp of its business needs and tells paying guest internal reasons why I got what I got. I have ever had this service from your competitors, and I will go forward with ordering from Domino's.

We ordered delivery. An accociate named Andrew called and said it would be an hour and a half and they would be sending through door dash. I asked if the pizza would be cold. He said he didnt think it would be cold. I said I would just pick it up. I asked to refund the tip he said i would have to redo the order. I asked to speak with a manager. When I got there the person assisting me ended up being the manager and said she was there the entire time listening. I said look at how her associate was acting while working on peoples food. She said that she is there and he wont do anything to the food. I said to her that you cant see what he is doing right now, she said that she was there and he wont do anything.
I asked for a redund and left. This place is not to be trusted. I warn anybody going to this location on chapman #2516 to go to a different location. I dont think all papa johns are bad, but dont go to this one
