They put on the app that your orders ready but they dont make it untill you get there and call 75$ a big order and dont have no plates every other papa johns does sorry not using this place again

Very slow. I always receive the notification that the pizza is completed. Then I show up and the pizza is not ready. Sometimes the pizza won't even be in the oven when the app states that it's ready.

I didn't even get a chance to experience the food from this location but I can honestly see why all the 1-star reviews! I'm visting the city and attempted to order 2 pizzas for my 2 14 y/o boys! I call and after battling the language barrier, my order was placed. Expecting that my food was being prepared for delivery, I was blindsided by a phone call by an employee who was all but empathetic and understanding, informing me that my order couldn't be delivered because of my choice pay cash. Citing that they "get a lot of prank calls" so if I didn't offer up my credit card information for the first order, I simply couldn't have my order fulfilled. As if I couldn't make a prank call on my second order! Domino's offered a faster delivery time anyway!

I ordered every month, but they really don’t care about the delivery time. Always called me for late. What they said was they do have no drivers rn. Why are they still offer the delivery service on online ??????????? I am gonna order from this branch any more.

This stupid store has a call center from the phillipines taking their calls and they charge you an extra $15.00 to your order. I arrive at the papa johns 30 mins later and the pizza wasnt even in the oven because of miscommunication im guessing. I cancelled the order and order same thing on katella anaheim store it was $15.00 cheaper. Go somewhere else people teach them a lesson.

There was a cockroach in my cheese bread even if the foods good I don't recommend because I ate the pizza before the cheese not knowing it could've made me sick

Honestly, I don't know why I ordered from this location. I'd much rather drive somewhere else. Trash service honestly. Even when management was notified about my order being messed up, all they did was give me a code for a free one topping pizza. $50 worth of food was messed up. Management is a JOKE. I won't be going back and I have the code to someone else. You're trash. Btw, if anyone else has issue with them ruining your food and not refunding, spend the extra $50 in small claims and get your $7,500 settlement. Papa John's is a TRASH company

Literally came back with our order to EMPTY boxes. How are you going to not realize you are putting EMPTY, not one but 2, boxes in someone’s order. I tried to resolve this reasonably with the store by simply asking for a future credit as it was too far to go back to pick up the missing order but they were extremely unreasonable and impersonal. I could leave a worse review I would. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order from this location. Once I am done speaking with corporate I will update this and let you know if it is even worth ordering from another Papa John’s at all in the future.

The worst location EVER. The staff are extremely rude. They don’t care and the pizza is always cold like their staff. You order online you show up at the time frame it gives you so they can tell you. Sorry it’s another hour after you have been waiting for 30 minutes. I don’t know how they’re still in business. Not even Little Caesars has this issue. A way smaller entity.

I walked in and waited over 3 minutes just standing at the counter waiting for one of the 2 people to come and talk to me. The app said the food was done but apparently they didn't even start the pizza even though I had made the order 30 min in advance. As I was waiting for my pizza to be made I noticed dozens of bugs crawling around on the floor. Neither staff offered an apology. Worst Papa Johns I've ever been to.
