Leo the general manager. Here is my review of my encounter with you.I ordered from the app at 11:30 with expected delivery time up to 45 minutes. When I called you at 12:30 you told me it was gonna be at least another hour, so a total of 2 hours to get my pizza. No apologies. Or acknowledgment of the lack of service. Total attitude over the phone. I love your pizza but not enough to put up with your attitude.

Today at 9pm My husband ordered a Pepperoni Pizza from this place. The guy on the shop wiped his face from his hands, touched his head, touched the cash register, touched his phone and then made the Pizza from the same hands. Did not wear gloves or wash his hands. Also told my husband to face down the mask to speak with him. This is a Very painful review due to an unpleasant Customer service.

I ordered from here on December 21st, and after waiting for God knows how long I got cold pizza and missing sides. I called and they said I got store credit for the same order whenever I wanted and when I tried to use my store credit they never even put it in the system. Horrible papa johns location.

As always, delicious pizza, but the workers and owners here are the best! Seriously, they happen to run out of chicken poppers and let me replace it with anything else which was totally fine anyway and they were super nice about it, AND on top of it when I came in they gave me a free 2 liter of soda for the inconvenience.Made me a happy customer for life for this location and I was very appreciative of their service!

After sitting on hold for over 10 min. They won't deliver to you. A different papa John's said they were the delivery store for our address. Waste of time calling them unless you live within 2 miles.
