I stopped by in the morning to get a coffee paid for my drink and notice I had a free pastry with a purchase the girl rung me up but I asked if I can redeem my pastry, it was the last day! She said yes I grabbed it and when I return to the line it took 5 mins because they were bagging up Other stuff. when it was my turn she went to scan it and said oh you need to by something else! I said I just bought a coffee and she said yeah but it already went through. She scanned my reward but I wasn’t going to buy another item. So I decided to just take my coffee which was not made yet! I left and when I opened my app to see if my reward was there it wasn’t !!! It had disappeared as if I used it !! But I didn’t get my pastry!

Good food, good atmosphere but terrible service. There is an assistant manager named kristan with a really bad attitude, I guess he was just there cause he have to be there. I get it since it was 8:40 pm and I guess he wanna go home but I mean you wanna come back to the place right not hate it cause one person who is working he hated his job obviously it shows on his face This is the service I’m getting. I never want to go to the place again and it shows body language was completely off the chart Would literally not wanna go in the same place again if he’s working or any other place I would literally not go there ever

Amazing bread and desserts with wonderful snacks and drinks. Coffee is really good here. Close to EOS fitness and Five Guys hamburgers too. Beautiful location with clean restroom available for customers inside. Highly recommended 👌 service staff are very good and helpful packing everything for my gift.

I was a bit disappointed spending $4 on a French bread with only a small spread of chocolate, especially given the current economy. Unfortunately, the bread wasn’t fresh-it felt quite hard and lacked the softness I was expecting. However, the café itself is very nice and well illuminated, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere to enjoy your coffee or a quick bite. With a few improvements to the food quality, this place could be a great spot to visit.

First time at Paris Baguette and definitely not the last. The vibe was clean and cozy, and the display case? So many choices I had to pace myself. I grabbed an ice matcha latte, pretty good.
Shoutout to the staff—super friendly, and made the whole experience feel easy. You can tell they care. For a first visit, it left a sweet impression.
