Amazing service and all at my fingertips! I was able to submit a cake inquiry and pretty quickly received a response back which was exciting! I was very happy that Patty's Cakes made the ordering process a breeze! Absolutely LOVED the cake and I think this is the first bakery I've ever ordered from who literally nailed the photo inspo I had submitted which was absolute amazing and the birthday girl loved it! Flavor was DELICIOUS and the cake was incredibly moist and the micro glitter on the frosting made it all that much more special I will definitely be coming back for more!

I will never forget our experience with cake tasting at Patty's Cakes! Their shop was cutely designed and decorated, they even have a separate for cake tasting! Which I thought was amazing, and so cool! It was also great to have a one on one appointment with the Employees who helped us! It felt personal, our opinions felt heard, and the cake was so dang good! Which says a lot because we aren't big cake eaters! We can wait to have them on our Wedding Day!

The folx here are very patient and willing to talk through an order with you. I love th service both in person and on their website. Also, the indoors area is nicely decorated and smells delicious!

We contracted Patty's Cakes to prepare our wedding cake for our wedding reception as part of the "Windsor" wedding package with the Summit House Restaurant. We wanted a wedding cake that was delicious (and not just visually nice) and Patty's Cakes definitely delivered in providing a cake that tasted great! We had a very enjoyable tasting experience with Jacqueline! She patiently showed us the wedding cake offerings and helped us narrow down our options towards making our final decision on the cake batter, toppings, and decor options. All of their other bakery options looked so good we had to try some on the way out after our tasting. Day-of delivery was smooth and we (and our guests) thoroughly enjoyed our wedding cake! We highly recommend them!
The best cakes and cupcakes, period. Great cookies and cake balls. Personally for me I like their frosting which is whipped vs buttercream, makes a HUGE difference. Cookies are great as well I recommend the Carmel pecan chewy and tasty. Can't go wrong here.

I have a daughter who is gluten free and needs vegan icing (she can't have raw dairy). We got a cake at Patty's Cakes the year before and had no problems getting a custom cake for her birthday party. This year I went in over a month before the party, had an appointment to customize the cake, I paid, we set up the pick up date, they gave me a receipt....all good. I go in on a Saturday at 7pm to pick up this custom cake. I give them my name, they do not see my name anywhere. I describe the cake, the worker goes in the back and looks at all the cakes and doesn't see it. I show her the receipt and they look it up by the order number. Then Patty's son, who must be the manager, comes out with the paper that I remember the worker writing on drawing what the custom cake would look like. He says that the person who has to input the page into their computer system looked at the pick up date and wrote it out and put it in as the 16th instead of the 6th (they thought the "l" in "April" was a number 1). So the cake was not even made, nothing. I was at a loss. He apologized and said they could give me a cake they already have. I said "you have a gluten free cake with vegan icing????" and he said no they don't but that I could get a regular cake and then just a small gluten free cupcake. I couldn't believe that was his solution. My daughter gets a tiny cupcake and then there is a bigger cake she can't even eat?! Finding places where she can eat at is difficult as it is and I wanted her to have a special professionally done cake for her birthday party (60 people coming to it). They didn't offer to bring in someone to fix it, they didn't offer a voucher for another cake.....NOTHING except to give me something my daughter can't eat. I asked for my money back and told them that that mistake was devastating. My husband called them a few days later to see if they had any remorse, to see if they would offer us anything for this monumental mistake and nope, nada. The manager said that this only happens once a year.....imagine if this was your WEDDING CAKE. Would you want to take that chance? Take away from this....customer service is not great when they make errors, they just put their hands up and say "oops sorry" and don't do anything to actually make amends. If you do go with them to get a custom cake, call them a week in advance to confirm it again....lesson learned.
